The food was just ok, waiter was great though. Madisons used to be great but now, a lot of them closed & I feel this chain is slowly disappearing

La nourriture excellente, le service normalement assez rapide mais lors de notre visite (samedi soir), il y avait un gros groupe & donc beaucoup de monde, alors ça été plus long à cause de cela, le seul point vraiment négatif à été là température dans le resto, je ne suis pas frileux d'habitude mais là j'ai dû garder ma veste durant tout le repas ! Dommage car j'aime bien ce resto , aussi je pense qu'il ne regarde pas vraiment les réservations, alors j'espère que ce sera mieux la prochaine fois !

Le service pourrait être amélioré, nous avons dû retourner à la réception pour savoir qui nous serait attribué pour le service. Alors qu'il n'y avait que 4 tables doccupés (plus ou moins 20 personnes nous incluant) & après réception de nos assiettes, je suis allé demander si nous pouvions recevoir nos condiments après 10 minutes d'attente.

Claudia tended our table & was a real sweetheart. Even though the restaurant was busy with large groups that had arrived before us, the wait to order & for bread, appetizers & our mains to arrive was very respectable. Attentive & friendly service. Ambiance was a bit loud because of the large group, but overall the atmosphere was really nice.
Steaks were cooked just right & very tasty. Portions were generous. My son ordered the ribs (reasonably priced!), which he very much enjoyed, but wished had been served with more sauce.
The restaurant had just run out of non-alcoholic beer, which was a bit of a disappointment.
But overall, terrific meal.
