The wait is mad. They're incredibly slow. Got the matcha panna cotta in a bottle for 10.41$, the drink is delicious, would recommend to take more sugar tho if you want it to taste sweet. The regular sugar level is not noticeably sweet. The girl at the cash is barely in the front ( maybe they're understaffed idk she only comes out to hand the customers their orders with one straw), so you have to order & pay at the self-service kiosk which did not have any paper so you can't get a receipt. They have internet but not for the customers. They don't have any napkins or extra straws out on the counters so I assume if you need anything you have to ring the bell & ask her when she comes out.

Machimachi Montréal is truly a paradise for bubble tea lovers! The shop is clean & cozy, with friendly staff & consistently high-quality drinks.
Highly recommend trying these two drinks:

So I love Machi Machi's creme brûlée bubble tea… but this location is dystopian. No one takes your order, no adjustments, no point system… but most importantly no bathroom but loud music on. It's hostile & cold. Hopefully the drinks are up to par with other locations I've been to

got strawberry panna cotta & black milk tea creme brulee. both were super good. also it was ready pretty quick too even though it was kinda packed. efficiency!
Service rapide même quand il y a du monde. On commande avec une grande tablette. La salle est décorée de façon minimalisé & il y a des place assises.
Les boissons sont esthétiques & vraiment bonne. Je recommande si vous passez dans le coin

Will come back when the store is officially opening on Friday! 🥳 They look cuuute & the tastes won't disappoint you. Luckily didn't wait in line for long & was told that 1hour plus waiting time for the drinks. So went to have dinner & then picked them up. Be aware that they stop taking orders about 30mins before the closing time currently.

Can't stop ordering their signature black milk tea with crème brûlée! The black milk tea & crème brûlée combo is just too good. The bottled drinks are also sooooo cute

Ils ont un très grand choix de boissons ! Peut etre même un peu trop... ca fait que les gens mettent 15 ans à choisir ce qu'ils veulent. Il y avait juste 2 groupes de 2 devant moi & ca leur à pris pas loin de 15 minutes pour juste choisir quoi prendre. & ensuite on doit quand meme attendre vraiment longtemps pour avoir notre boisson. En tout ca m'a pris 40 minutes entre l'entrée & la sortie du shop. C'est quand même extrême pour un bubble tea... après niveau goût c'est sympa & je comprend la popularité de la place mais je ne pense pas revenir. Niceau service c'est bof aussi. La personne qui venait pour porter les boissons ne semblait pas avoir envie d'être là.
I always like a good drink, either a milk tea or a fresh fruit juice after a great dinner. So my friends & I went to try Machi Machi on Bishop Street, in Downtown Montreal. I really love the variety of drinks they have : tea, milk tea (vegan, no dairy), latte & fresh juice. I had for myself a Grapefruit Slush with jelly in their iconic (sooo cute) bottle. I really enjoyed it, & I like it when it's not too sweet. It's such a great place for a pit stop during your walk downtown 👌
Stopped by while waiting for a table at the resturant next door. Machi Machi is a wonderful place to grab a boba & chill! So many drink options, & a very quick & introvert-friendly ordering system. I got a creamy mango-grapefruit slush, & it was sweet & tangy. The shop is cute & friendly, with some interesting books available for reading. Definitely give it a try if you're in the area.
Not many options. To sum up, you get to choose between different matcha drinks & milk tea. It's a shame because I really enjoy fruity boba drinks but all the mango drinks were smoothies. Also, it's expensive & disappointing. The decor also looks depressing & barren 😭 they really need to fill that empty space… plants or something will do
