Delicious drinks, the wait time is pretty big though (I had to wait about 40 minutes to get my order) Passion fruit & honey tea was nicely refreshing, & matcha with panna cotta was perfectly brewed.

I know it's the opening but getting told by the cashier that the wait for the drinks was gonna be 30 minutes, it took 1h45. The wait was so long between each drink. Not worth the wait but at least the drink is good. Update: i went twice in the afternoon & it's very good & fast so 2 to 4 stars

While the new tea spot boasts a charming atmosphere, the extended wait times are a significant drawback. On average, it takes around 20 minutes to place an order, & the beverages can take an unfortunate hour to an hour & a half to be ready. The absence of restroom facilities on-site poses some inconvenience. Their ingredients tend to be overly sweet, with even sugar-free options leaning towards sweetness. I recommend those who dislike excessive sweetness or need to watch their sugar intake to opt for fruit tea instead.

Staff are very nice with clients. I really liked that there was a lot of different choices in their menu. Despite having a lot of customers, the staff was always professional & respectful.

Quand j'étais à Paris, je suis allé souvent chez Machi Machi, Il me manque de temps en temps. Maintenant il est arrivé à MTL, j'ai attendu une heure & demi au jour de l'ouverture. Le goût est comme avant, toujours très bon!
