we visited Lylac for iftar with friends, the experience was so so. We stood at the entrance for a while with no greeting, I have to go to the bar where the waiters stood like the Backstreet Boys...to finally get their attention Not exactly the warm welcome you'd expect...
we took e iftar set but it wasn't great. The staff seemed stressed & not very accommodating. Maybe some are part-timers brought for Ramadan rush, so we'll give them the benefit of the doubt.
Overall, the place felt tense, & the hospitality just wasn't there. Hope they improve because good service makes all the difference.
J'ai adoré mon passage chez Lylac! Le service était impeccable avec une belle équipe très gentil,accueillant,professionelle & souriante. La nourriture était délicieuse, aves des plats savoureux & bien présentés. L'ambiance est élégante & cosy, parfait pour une belle soirée. Great Breakfast & Amazing Staff!
I had a wonderful breakfast here! The food was delicious, fresh, & well-prepared. The staff was incredibly friendly & attentive, making the experience even better. Definitely a great spot to start the day! Highly recommend!
Nous commandons souvent de la nourriture d'ici. C'est toujours très bon & les portions sont généreuses. Belle variété de nourriture Libanaise/Méditerranéenne. Le service a tojours été agrébale & accomodant. Je recommande.

Amazing food! One of the most beautiful interiors I've seen with cozy atmosphere The owner yousef is extremely sweet & personally came over couple times to make sure the food was good ! Very helpful staff Highly recommended for a datenight or friends get together!
Generous, good service & best assorted grilled plate & Tabbouli i have ever had in a Mediterranean restaurant. I tasted also different varieties of Mezza. They were delicious. highly recommended
We had our work office party at Lylac, it was an overall 5 star experience. The generosity is unmatched, the food was incredible & the service was perfect. A special thank you to Jean who took great care of us.
It was my first time i went there ,they give us a table on terasse but it's cold not enough heater inside ,the people that came after there too much noisy ,especially with there kids running left & right ,the music was loud too,I didn't like the atmosphere .
Woowww wow wowww this is really an AMAZING PLACE. I am a little late in leaving my review but I just didint get the chance too do it earlier. We did my daughter's baptism here on October 27th, everything was just so perfect all my guests were very happy & gave us great feedback. The food was DELICIOUS, the atmosphere was great. I want to say a BIG shoutout to ANIIIIII the manager & all the staff. They really made everything so special & made sure that we were happy with everything. They did multiple check ins with us & made sure everything was good. ANI ANI ANI she is fantastic, very customer service oriented & delivers !!!! If you want to do an event here or a small gathering or just even go out to eat, this is really the place !!! You will not be disappointed. Thank you so much LYLAC MTL we will be coming back here very frequently.
