Le service est très lent. Le restaurant ne propose pas spontanément d'eau ni de serviettes de table, & les clients doivent simplement attendre sans rien. Même lorsqu'il n'y a aucun autre client dans le restaurant, il faut plus de vingt minutes pour recevoir trois bols de pho vietnamien.

La quantité de pho a beaucoup diminué par rapport à avant, & il n'y a même plus de tripes de boeuf. Les portions de germes de soja servies en accompagnement sont également très petites : peu importe le nombre de personnes à table, on ne reçoit qu'une toute petite assiette symbolique.

Je suis de plus en plus déçu. Je n'ai plus envie de revenir.

Tried a Pho place that wasn't downtown Montreal & this small cozy place turned up great. Fine tasting Pho soups, very respectable prices & service was fast & friendly. Parking behind the place was good since street parking would be an issue.

Nice cozy place in Ste-Thérèse. I came here with my partner on a very cold day when I was craving pho after a few months of not eating it, & this place satisfied my cravings. We ordered a regular special beef noodle soup & a pad thai. My partner enjoyed his pad thai, & I had everything I was expected for a decent pho meal. Soup broth is tasty, & had a decent selection of all the beef cuts. I'd say maybe have the soup temperature a bit hotter especially for the bowls with rare beef -- it did take a bit of time for the beef to cook to my liking. It comes with the typical plate of lime, bean sprouts & thai basil, although the thai basil is less than I'm used to from pho places (it was only a few leaves instead of at least one or two stems of leaves). I might try asking for more next time though. Overall, a satisfying meal & I'll definitely be back.
