Honnêtement là… j'suis même pas allé au resto pis j'suis déjà découragé. J'suis allé voir les reviews pour comprendre pourquoi y'en a qui donnent 1 étoile… pis c'est même pas les clients le problème, c'est *le resto* qui répond. J'capotais.

Le ton qu'ils ont avec les gens… arrogant, baveux, zéro professionnalisme. On dirait y'essayent toujours d'avoir le dernier mot, comme si c'était une chicane de cour d'école. J'ai jamais vu ça dans un commerce, surtout un resto. C'est gênant pour vrai.

Juste à lire leurs réponses, ça m'a tué toute envie d'aller là. Si y parlent comme ça aux clients en ligne, j'peux même pas imaginer en personne. Bref, j'laisse ça ici pour avertir le monde avant qu'ils se fassent parler croche pareil.

Mauvaise expérience, faites attention à votre facture parce que beaucoup d'erreurs sur les prix des plats annoncés sur leur menu. Frais d'entrée en sus plus taxes & frais de service. Pas beaucoup de choix pour la nourriture qui finalement était en deçà de nos attentes. Je n'y retournerai jamais & je ne le recommande pas.

Tout était parfait du début à la fin : l'accueil chaleureux, le service attentionné, l'ambiance agréable & la musique douce. La nourriture était excellente, bien présentée & pleine de saveurs. Même les boissons étaient délicieuses & bien préparées !
Je recommande vivement le Luna Restaurant pour passer un super moment entre amis ou en famille.
