Absolutely fabulous!! The $1 oysters (at least 66-100 of them) are the way to go especially with sides ( cheesy mashed potatoes & sweet potatoes fries)! My partner & I loved the food, environment & service (the severs were amazing!). 10/10 would definitely go back again!

I went a while ago & tried four different items. The grilled octopus & lobster sandwich were definitely the highlights. They were so good!

We had an amazing time at this restaurant. The food, the atmosphere, & most notably, the service was incredible. Julia was our server & really made the experience worthwhile. Highly recommend.

Great location, friendly service, & a wonderful dining experience. We really enjoyed our dinner at Lucille's. The atmosphere was inviting, the service was attentive, & the food made for a very enjoyable evening. We'd definitely be happy to return!

I went to Lucille's Monkland with four others two nights ago, & the five of us shared 60 of the dollar oysters. Unfortunately, all five of us became sick the following day.

I've tried calling the restaurant multiple times to let them know, mainly so they would be aware of the situation & could hopefully check the batch of oysters before serving them to anyone else, but unfortunately nobody has answered the phone.

I hate leaving a negative review, as I've generally had great experiences at Lucille's, but I feel it's important to let others know about our experience & to be cautious with the oysters. Hopefully the restaurant can investigate what happened.

Mostly venting on this review, but just had a very disappointing experience. We are regulars, we come at least a few times every month (so we usually like, & recommended it here)

We called to reserve, they had nothing until later, but told us the patio was almost empty, & we could try there. We asked to save a table for us as we would be there within 20 mins, but they told us they never reserve the patio. OK, fair I guess.

So we jumped in a Uber to be there ASAP, we go there in maybe 15 min, most tables we taken, but one was free (so we thought we made it!). We asked the hostess for that table...only to be told that the last table on the patio was RESERVED...

That's just very upsetting & frustrating...

Service & atmosphere are fine. However the food continues to be disappointing. I used to love this place but to be honest it has gone downhill. My steak was very good, but the calamari entree was horrible (same for the previous time I was there). The pieces were few & tiny & contained little if any squid. The Caesar Salad was not a real Caesar Salad, & whatever it was I did not enjoy it at all. Three stars because of the good service & steak, but I won't be going back.

Had such a great experience here today! The sourdough burrata was absolutely delicious, & the steak frites were honestly some of the best I've had. Everything was fresh, flavorful, & beautifully prepared.

A special shoutout to our waiter, Samuel, who was so friendly, attentive, & made the experience even better. Great food, great service, & definitely a place I'd come back to!

Food. Overall good, sadly the seafood pasta was quite poor as well as the calamari appetizer. It's sad that a seafood & fish place would have these two dishes poor. Calamari's was miniature little pieces that were greasy, overly breaded & barely any calamari's. The portion was horrible as well. Tons of other places for the price are not better, but 110% superior. The seafood pasta was also a massive let down & had very limited seafood in the pasta & the portion was also smallish for the price.
Now, the ribs were fantastic but the French fries were a let down. First, very little of them, secondly, they place them under the ribs so you're forced to have rib sauce all over them which we all did not prefer, plus the crispness was no longer as they were saturated with bbq sauce. Should be on the side or separate dish & a larger portion as fries are super low cost.
The other rock star was the lobster rolls. Probably one of the better places to have these in the city & highly recommended. Pricing & portion was on par with the market.
The dessert was yummy & terribly impressive.

Would I go back again. Yes. But I would never eat the above mentioned dishes we didn't enjoy
