Service & food were perfect. We had the privilege to be served by Ryan. One of the best experiences in quite some time. Reservation time was respected.
Overall experience was great, noting the service was a little slow but did not effect our experience . We were a group of 7 & everyone was pleased with their meals. Lobster rolls were a hit with our group. Also the kids chicken nuggets are great as they are actual pieces of chicken. Cocktails were also delicious.
I would recommend this restaurant. I would recommend making reservations as we saw several groups turned away.
Serious steak house that has an aging room at the front entrance. 10oz filet mignon rare, for $59, omg delicious. House salad with a ginger dressing that I have never tried before, wow delicious. Needed a starch too, so my wife & I shared the cheesy mashed potatoes, mmmm delicious. This really scratched the itch for a good steak & I look forward to returning during ski season.
Le tartare de thon n'avait aucun assaisonnement.Il goûtait l'eau... Les côtes levées étaient trop cuites, mais la guedille d'homard était excellente. J'ai eu des maux de ventres jusqu'au lendemain après notre passage chez Lucille's. Par contre, équipe très à l'écoute & compréhensive. Nous avons été pris en charge rapidement par le propriétaire, & notre serveuse était superbe. Je recommande d'aller dans un autre Lucille's qu'au Mont-Tremblant pour votre première expérience, car habituellement, c'est un très bon restaurant.
I visit Mt. Tremblant annually with my family. To date, I had only come here once, in August of 2025. So I came here with my family today, for dinner & ordered baby back ribs with mash potatoes. It was provided to me on a nice cutting board. When I began to dig in to the ribs, half the rack slid off the board & fell on to the board. I notified the waiter who escalated the issue to who I can only assume was the dining manager. He politely inquired about how he can help, the proceeded to offer a replacement. I appreciated how he handled the situation with class while prioritizing importance over customer service. He actually stated that he only cared about me having a happy experience at the establishment. As such, I stated that he replace the half rack that fell on the floor (with a jr. Burger) since I had the other half on the board still. But what I ended up getting was the jr. Burger & a plate of fries! I am thoroughly happy with this restaurant & their quality food & service. I tipped them very generously, as it was definitely deserved.

Amazing restaurant! They fit us in without a reservation & the service was outstanding. The whole team was friendly, professional, & really on top of everything. The food & drinks were delicious - highly recommend! I'll definitely be back.
Enjoyed dinner so much we went twice. The service is quick & super friendly. Loved the chicken, steak & snow crab. Stands out in the resort for great food. The fact you can get champagne by the glass an added bonus. Is the bill a little higher - maybe - but the quality of food drink & service makes it worthwhile. Recommended
The food was amazing, we had the crab dip, ribs & lobster roll & I recommend them all! The drinks were also so delicious, I wish I could have tried more of them! Also the service is not only excellent but extremely fast, we were shocked at how quickly our food came out despite how busy the restaurant was on a weekend!
