We were here on a Monday in mid March. It was a rainy night & again it was a Monday. It was my son's birthday & we were 7 people. The service was basically terrible. We were sat outside because the size of our party & the terrace is heated but the tables on the stone patio wobble alot, not a little so watch your wine. We ordered starters, mains, drinks, oysters after waiting a notable amount of time for someone to finally come to our table. Then after we finally got our starters & oysters, between our starters & mains, we waited about 20+ minutes. All the drinks came except one beer. She asked at least 5x & she had basically finished her main before it came & they didnt even offer to comp it. Then hubby made the mistake of ordering more oysters which they just forgot about. They just never came. We didnt point it out because we just wanted to see if they would even notice & then when our server came by the time most of us had finished our mains, asked if anything was missing, I said oysters. I said cancel them. Then after all our mains were cleared, the oysters showed up. They did not comp them. It was a Monday, it bears repeating. Also, we are in Quebec here & I had sworn they had passed a law that the PoS could not put a minimum tip on the screen of over 15%... The tip suggestions started at 18%. Isnt that illegal? That is of course on top of the Mt. Tremblant tax. & the way as you calculate it, you are tipping on tax & tourist charge. Brutal. The food was very good. Shame about the service.
Delicious food, great atmosphere & wonderful service. Special shout out to our server Alex, who really made our first visit at the restaurant especially memorable!

Visited for my birthday with girlfriends for our first time. Venue is beautiful. Ryan took absolutely amazing care of us. Coming from the hospitality industry he definitely knows how to show you a great experience. He was very knowledgeable with the menu. Must visit - ask for Ryan!
We snagged a table outside very last minute under the heater lamps & it worked out great. Lucas helped us & Laurent was our server, great staff & attentive. We shared all the tartares, burrata & oysters with martinis. A great night, cozy patio & fun atmosphere
Nous avons passé une très belle soirée au restaurant Lucille à Mont-Tremblant. La nourriture était excellente : les plats étaient servis bien chauds, les portions généreuses & les saveurs au rendez-vous. On sent une belle qualité dans l'assiette.
Le service a également été remarquable. Nous avons été servis en français, avec courtoisie & efficacité, ce qui a grandement contribué à rendre l'expérience agréable. Un point particulièrement apprécié : après avoir payé, nous sommes restés à table environ une trentaine de minutes pour discuter, & nous n'avons ressenti aucune pression de la part du personnel pour quitter. Cette attention & ce respect du rythme des clients font toute la différence.
L'ambiance était animée, même pour un mercredi soir. Le restaurant était assez bruyant, mais cela reflétait une belle énergie & une atmosphère vivante, ce qui a aussi son charme.
Cependant, quelques points mériteraient une attention particulière. Nous avons trouvé une gomme dans une serviette, ce qui soulève un enjeu au niveau de la propreté. De plus, la présence d'un petit chien à l'intérieur du restaurant nous a moins plu, considérant les normes d'hygiène en restauration - il serait préférable que les animaux demeurent à l'extérieur.
Malgré ces éléments, nous recommandons ce restaurant pour la qualité de sa cuisine & de son service. Une très belle adresse à découvrir ou redécouvrir !
Still in disbelief that the waitress asked my family for an ADDITIONAL tip after we gave a generous 10% for barely any service. That's just unacceptable from a reputable establishment like Lucille's.
All the dishes we ordered (steak, chicken & burger) were excellent! The staff is efficient & pleasant from the moment we walked in till we left. We will be back!
Decent drinks, & good service. The $1 oysters, however, were genuinely the smallest oysters I have ever seen, anywhere.'What did you expect for $1 oysters in a ski town?', you say? Fair enough - but these oysters were even smaller than you're thinking. Thumbnail-sized.

We had an amazing experience at Lucille's Tremblant. The food was amazing & service was efficient. Big shout out to our waitress, Kassia, who was super attentive & personable. Overall, great experience & I would definitely return!!
What an amazing experience! The food was outstanding-easily the best steak I've ever had. The service was excellent: fast, attentive, & very friendly. The location is also fantastic. I highly recommend this place!
Great seafood in an energetic atmosphere. We enjoyed tuna tartare, grilled salmon & grilled octopus. Octopus was the standout dish, with a delicious dressing & lots of fresh tomatoes & red peppers in the Greek salad. We sat at the bar which was near the doors so it was very chilly. Service was friendly & efficient. We would come back.
As we were walking by on a cold rainy day, we noticed their patio heaters & decided to get some apps & drinks! Oysters & espresso Martinis! service was great - patio was a great atmosphere

Went there on a Wednesday night. Group of 11. One person had to wait over 15 minutes for her main, while others had all been served. They kept saying it's just almost there.
My NY strip was more expensive than the other meat choice. But sadly should have chosen the alternative because mine was clearly tough (un chewable) & a little over cooked.
This was mid honestly. Service was alright, food was average & the portions are so small… i dont recommend getting the chicken tortillas … its not worth the amount of chicken they put it for that price. Get the burger its only worth your money .. & alcohol is really expensive. Other restaurants are better for the price
