Despite mixed reviews we went & were very pleased. Food came within minutes of ordering, service was great & was one of the best steaks we had in awhile. We'd definitely recommend & go back!

Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The waitress we had was very rude, especially when I asked to change my drink. I originally ordered a margarita, but it tasted almost entirely like tequila. When I asked to change it, I ordered an Aperol spritz. When it arrived, I could immediately tell by the colour that something was off , it was extremely watered down. At that point, I decided not to ask for another change because the waitress already seemed annoyed.

The calamari we ordered as an appetizer was also extremely oily, which was disappointing.
That being said, the rest of the table enjoyed their food, so there were definitely some positives. Unfortunately, the service & drinks really affected our overall experience.

On a soupé au Lucille lors de notre passage à Mont-Tremblant & on a été agréablement surpris du début à la fin! L'ambiance du restaurant est chaleureuse & décontractée, avec un beau mélange de charme rustique & de touches modernes qui donnent envie de s'installer confortablement pour la soirée. Le décor à lui seul vaut le détour.

Côté bouffe, tout était délicieux. Les plats étaient bien présentés, savoureux & on sentait que les ingrédients étaient frais & de qualité. On a partagé quelques entrées pour goûter à plusieurs choses au menu & chaque bouchée était une belle surprise. Les portions étaient généreuses sans être excessives, & le rapport qualité-prix était tout à fait juste pour ce qu'on a reçu.

Ce qui a vraiment fait la différence, par contre, c'est notre serveuse Daphnée. Elle a été absolument exceptionnelle tout au long du repas! Attentionnée, souriante & super connaissante du menu, elle nous a donné d'excellentes recommandations & a su bien rythmer le service sans jamais nous presser. Elle avait une belle énergie & on voyait qu'elle aimait vraiment son travail, ce qui rend l'expérience encore plus agréable. Ce genre de service personnalisé fait toute la différence dans une soirée réussie.

Bref, une super soirée entre bonne bouffe & service impeccable. On recommande fortement le Lucille à quiconque visite la région, & on espère retomber sur Daphnée & Bruno lors de notre prochaine visite .

Un gros wow .. super service toute étais 5⭐? sauf la guédille plus un 3/5 .. manque de goût & de homard 🦞 & les crevettes ont pas rapport là-dedans… mais le reste toute étaient bon le service & l'efficacité du personnel parfait 👌 je recommande fortement.. soyez conscient que $$$$ avec le vin , cocktail, des huître, le repas (steak ) facturé tourne autour de 400$ pour 2 😊 Mais on n'as passer une belle soirée

Came to Lucille's for a special event for a friend. A runner brought my meal & proceeded to spill hot au jus on me, leaving a burn on my thigh, as well as ruining a dress. Apologies were given by 4 staff members. Received my bill & was surprised to not be compensated anything. Mentioned it to the waiter & he let us know the runner was new, again no offer to reprint the bill. Spoke with a manager about the situation, they said had they been informed something would have been done, but 5 staff knew about the situation, so why nothing was communicated is beyond me. The manager did take my contact info & stated they'd reach out & offered to compensate dry cleaning services, but I have yet to hear from anyone at the establishment.

I frequent Mont-Tremblant all year round, & will not be returning or recommending this restaurant to anyone.

Food was great, our waiter Chris was great but the bus boy spilt the au jus sauce from the steak meal all over one of our friend, slightly burnt her leg & they didn't really offer compensation. Simply said they'd pay for dry cleaning & saying the bus boy was new. Which is understandable but maybe train your staff a little better on how to bring meals at a table.

Nourriture très ordinaire... Prenez pas les calmars frits si vous avez faim... 6 morceau c'est un peu radin... & c'était même pas bon
