Went for supper on a Saturday night & it was pretty busy. Ordered the grilled cauliflower & it was delicious! My friend ordered the $1 oysters which were small but fresh & tasty. They also have Premium oysters . We both had the crispy fish tacos (2) which we enjoyed. Service was great. Would totally return
Food quality was good. Customer service can be better, the waiter dropped sauce all over the floor & my pants. Nothing was offered to compensate for this.
Souper de dimanche dernier pour 6 personnes : Très bon service. Trop bruyant à l'intérieur, mais très bien sur la terrasse. Le surf & turf très bon. Le saumon très bon, mais la portion était trop petite. Le steak New-York cut était ordinaire.
Je crois par contre que les plats sont un peu dispendieux & j'y suis allé 4 fois & peut-être que le menu pourrait changer un peu. à chaque fois que nous y allons nous avons froid & je remarque que les tables autour également.

Service trop rapide pour le prix. Nous avons reçu nos plats & mangé en 45 min. Un break entre l'entrée & le repas aurait été apprécié. En plus j'ai réservé 1 semaines avant & je demande une table & on me mets au bar. J'ai un problème de cou donc devoir me tourner pour parler à mon partenaire n'était pas sympa.
La serveuse Kim est une perle du service à la clientèle! Un petit incident & confusion est arrivé avec ma commande, & elle s'est montré soucieuse & a géré ça comme une chef! Beau sourire, bon service, je recommande :)

I had made a reservation on line on Libra rez & the reservation was confirmed for 6:30pm when we arrived I was told by the front desk staff that the table was located outside. I informed them that the reservation did not provide any options for seating inside or outside. The staff stated that when reservation are made on line that the seating is for outside. I did not like that option & requested inside seating, which they did not like. I was then seated near the front door next to a serving station, not to my liking. The table was wobbly & the waitress had to crawl under the table to secure the table. The waitress was nice & efficient. The food was good although the fried calamari portion was small for the price. Overall my experience at Lucille's was not favourable because of the poor reception to the reservation I made on line & the table where we were placed at.
L'ambiance serait meilleure si la musique, supposément d'ambiance, n'était pas à tue-tête. Le fish & chip n'était carrément pas à la hauteur d'un bon resto
Le GROS BÉMOL, 4$ pour avoir du parmesan sur ton repas de pâte!!!!!!!!! VRAIMENT Une facture de 200$ pis tu veux me changer pour avoir du parmesan dans mes pâtes! C'est NON
The service started out really well. But my glass had been empty for quite some time, I was waiting for a 2nd drink but found it quite difficult to get the waiter's attention. He was on his phone often. After waiting for a bit longer, I asked the bus boy & he got our waiter for us. Something very simple that could have been avoided!
Je n'ai pas apprécié me faire servir un quart de laitue iceberg avec mon tartare... Le vin blan (chardonnay) était mauvais. La musique était trop forte pour le nombre de personnes.
