Lucille's Dix30 offers a vibrant seafood and surf and turf experience with consistently tasty dishes, generous portions, and attentive service that makes every visit feel welcoming and special, while the lively ambiance and stylish decor create a memorable night out; the menu balances seafood staples with bold, flavorful options and desserts that delight, and the overall experience is enhanced by friendly, efficient staff even when crowded, though a few nights can be a bit loud and some prices feel on the high side.
The fact that the waitress refused to speak in English was a turn off. Some of us spoke to her in French but there were people with us who didn't speak French & were from out of town! She just pretended that she didn't hear them speak in English. We can understand if she didn't know how to speak English. All she had to do was acknowledge the fact that she didn't speak it. But pretending you don't hear the other person talking English & continuing to reply in French... doesn't make out of towners want to come back.
Malheureusement, il ni a pas grand choix pour les petits appétits. Beaucoup de choix de viandes mais 10once & plus. Pour moi, 4 once est plus raisonnable & moins de gaspillage.

Les portions ne sont pas assez généreuses pour le prix, aussi quand je paie un steak à 54 $ j'aimerais avoir plus qu'un petit accompagnement, de plus nous avons demandé du pain & nous n'en avons pas eu
par contre le steak était parfait
Une petite perle du quartier DIX30. Le menu est sans prétention, mais la nourriture est excellente & l'excécution, impeccable. Le service aussi est irréprochable. Quant à l'ambiance, on est à mi-chemin entre le pub décontracté & le restaurant élégant; il y a quelque chose de chaleureux sans que l'endroit soit trop familier non plus. Toujours agréable d'y faire un tour.
Generally was good, disappointed in ambiance for a NYE late supper. poor choice of background music & almost inexistent New year count down & celebration. Only if the manager was paying more attention to the operational details than getting drunk! Disappointed with the NYE supper experience at Lucelle's
Everything was cool only thing is paying 50 something dollars for a steak that was mostly fat was unfortunate but the staff is great Mind you the steak was cooked medium rare like I asked which is good
Everything would have been great, but let me describe my impressions: The appetizers, such as Beef Tartare & oysters, exceeded expectations; they were very delicious. Next, half of the octopus was deliciously marinated & grilled. However, the black charcoal crust spoils the taste. I ordered excellently cooked meat, but unfortunately, it was tough & had a crust of burnt charcoal that ruined the taste. Cocktails seem to be where they economize. I recommend it for general business meetings.
Beau restaurant avec une très belle ambiance. Cependant trèa déçu au niveau de la nourriture. Le prix de la facture était beaucoup trop élevé pour la qualité de la nourriture. Nous avons pris une pièce de viande à partager, la viande était très bonne mais beaucoup trop de gras & difficile à couper au couteau...

Très bon service, très souriante, prends plaisir à nous conseiller & a l'écoute de nos demandes. Les 3 repas était un délice & votre restaurant est listé dans nos "a y retourner"
I reserved on-line & left a note for the Chef requesting 'whole grilled lobsters'. It was most disappointing that after also visiting the restaurant the day before to ensure 'whole grilled lobsters' on the main menu would be available for the next day. When we ordered 2 'whole grilled lobsters' Nov 19th we were told they only had 1/2 a lobster! So the Birthday girl had a half lobster + a tail & I had 2 tails. The servers were great & the food was delicious but not what I had planned/hoped for. I could not have planned any better for a special day only to have it ruined :( Linda Lawlor 514-755-9851
Nous nous sommes fait rappeler au moins 8 fois que notre réservation avait une durée de 2 heures.... bossboy & serveurs nous scrutateur à la loupe pour ramasser nos assiettes alors que nous étions encore à mâcher notre bouchée. Cela impact la qualité de l'expérience. Je n'ai pas reçu un service de qualité, je me suis sentie pressée de quitter.... vous mettez de la pression inutile sur le service pour qu'il soit rapide. C'est inacceptable! Le.point n'est pas qu'on voulait rester plus que 2 heures. On avait déjà accepté ça. Mais de se faire rappeler qu'on doit quitter avec répétions & intensité... c'est inacceptable. Nous avons quitté avant même la fin de notre 2 heures donc nous étions dans les temps. J'ai parlé au gérant, Dominic, qui a seulement été capable de justifier cette façon de faire parce que le restaurant sert plus de 450 places par soir.... il a offert de l'appeler personnellement lors de notre prochaine réservation pour avoir plus de temps... mais ce n' est pas mon point ni mon besoin.... on mange au resto pour vivre une expérience culinaire. Malgré la qualité de la nourriture, la pression du service contaminé négativement l'expérience vécu. C'est irritant & décevant.
