It's a standard Lucile's so you know what to expect from the food . Service was not great. As expected when in Dix30 , if you aren't French you get treated like a second class citizen . Last time I checked , one more beer is pretty universal... had to ask twice until the server said , it's better to ask me in French .. I speak both languages but that shouldn't be how service is provided . Disappointing experience
On était venu avec en tête de manger du homard, & à notre arrivée personne nous avait mentionner qu'il n'y en avait plus. Pas de homard & pas d'agneau...On avait déjà commander notre verre quand on a su la nouvelle, alors on est rester pareil pour essayer ce qui leur restait, mais disons que c'était la moitié du menu qu'il ne pouvait pas servir. On était très déçu. La crème de palourde était délicieuse. Mais pour ce qui est de l'assiette de thon, il y avait beaucoup trop de salade de cocombre à mon goût. L'assiette de pavée de saumon sur planche de cèdre est bon, mais redondant au goût. Belle ambiance de resto.

The food is usually good, but unfortunately I got a bad night. The octopus was a bit too cooked & the flank steak was very "elasticity" - I'll be going back but probably won't be ordering the steak anymore ...
I had a bad experience here with a group for new year's eve: Firstly, they did not have anymore ribsteak, so some of us had to settle for another cut. Okay, no big deal. Secondly, the waitress was inattentive. I understand if some people call in sick or anything, but she would forget to bring us condiments & then when we asked for some, we'd see her taking a shot at the bar with the colleagues. Note that it wasn't even a busy night - at least while we were there. We then had to ask her again for the condiments while our food started getting cold. Thirdly, a random Lucilles staff member in the parking lot starting screaming & cursing at my friend because he had parked next to a garbage bin lol? My friend didn't do anything malicious, but I suppose the employee was just having a rough week. Something was off with that guy. All in all, I may have caught this restaurant on a bad night. But keep this in mind if you're booking a group. There may be better options out there.
My friend & I really enjoyed the food at Lucille's. We ordered fried calamaries as an appetizer & they were really crispy & delicious. They were not chewy. I had the ribs & lobster roll & it was a great combination. The bun was toasty & buttery & the lobster was tasty. We had someone order lobster with sweet potato fries & the portions were big. The service was very friendly & courteous. I really enjoyed my experience there.

Not a bad place. Overpriced when compared to similar restaurants. I enjoyed the ribs & oysters. I paid partly with a gift card & the waitress reminded me to consider that I should leave tip on the full amount & not on the balance. That was a low class move , but I guess its not a high class restaurant (prices say otherwise though).
Saturday night I know but sitting a little too close to the next tables & other couples. The music was loud & it was difficult to hear my spouse, we couldn't talk much to each other. The food & the service were great ! Thank you.
Our table was between 2 server stations so there was a lot of noise as waiters talked, walked past & placed dishes there. Add music & the crowds, it was impossible to have a conversation. The lobster rolls were good but the green salad had too much vinaigrette. Entire meal was too salty. The waiter was attentive.
Tout est toujours siiiii bon! & le service est impeccable! Mes seuls bémols sont le bruit & la proximité des tables. Mais ça ne m'empêchera pas d'y retourner.
C'est très bruyant. Je dirais même que c'est trop bruyant pour un restaurant dont les prix sont aussi élevés. Mon commentaire général sera donc: plats délicieux mais prix trop élevés.
