Nous avons reçu un service réellement formidable de la part d'Isabelle (& le reste de l'équipe). Nous étions un très gros groupe & n'avions pas de réservation &, malgré cela, ils ont réussi à nous accommoder & étaient vraiment très réceptifs/aimables. Isabelle nous a servis tout le long avec douceur, gentillesse & patience (malgré les nombreux enfants!)

Expérience très décevante.

Arrivé vers midi, j'ai dû attendre environ 10 minutes avant d'obtenir une place. Par la suite, il a fallu 20 minutes supplémentaires pour pouvoir passer ma commande. Après encore 20 minutes sans nouvelles de mon repas, j'ai demandé un suivi. On m'a alors indiqué d'attendre quelques minutes minutes. 10 minutes plus tard, on m'informe qu'il faudra patienter un autre 10 à 15 minutes.

Devant ce délai excessif, j'ai finalement dû m'excuser & retourner au travail sans avoir pu manger.

Le service à la clientèle, l'efficacité & la rapidité laissent malheureusement grandement à désirer. Une meilleure gestion des périodes achalandées & une communication plus proactive avec les clients seraient appréciées.

The food is now served almost cold, the omelet's cheese not melted, the onion in it pretty raw & it took a long time to receive. For the past few months, it isn't worth it.

Ils nous ont fait attendre 45 minutes avec mes enfants de 15 mois, 5 ans & 8 ans. On etait 10 personnes 4 adultes & 6 enfants aucune logistique ils nous ont même pas accommodé mes enfants ont attendu dans le portique certains ils arrivaient après nous & ils les ont installé vraiment decu

C'était bien par contre l'attente est longue! Une dame a crié parce que les gens qui attendaient ouvraient les double portes & il faisaient froid en plein Juin! Little chaotique mais en General la nourriture était bonne!

Decent price & portion, extensive selections on the menu. They closed at 3 & we arrived pretty late, so there's no crowd or line up. Quite creative on the names btw, I think my omelette is called'Demidov débarque en ville' & my friend ordered'J'aime le Habibi', a sucré-salé brunch consists of the usual eggs-toasts-potatoes-bacon with pain doré styled à la Dubai chocolat on the sweet side.
