Absolutely amazing breakfast experience! The eggs Benedict on a fresh bagel / toast were perfectly done, the eggs were beautifully poached, the hollandaise sauce was rich & balanced, & everything tasted incredibly fresh. The portions were generous without being overwhelming.
The service was warm & attentive, & the atmosphere made it the perfect spot to start the day. You can tell they care about quality & presentation.
Definitely coming back, highly recommend for anyone craving a top tier brunch! 🥯🍳

I had tried the eggs with whole grain toast avocado & smoked salmon.. I am no big fan of smoked salmon, however the combination was very good..

At typical quebecois restaurant taking typical quebecois food is smart choice. A complete dish of meat, egg, fries & fruits, bread aside plus coffee is definitely affordable & enough for stomach fullness. The only regret for this visit is that foods were prepared in a way too quick, which make eggs, saussages & bacon look a bit over cooked. Perhaps this was caused by the reason they were short of chefs the National Day. But the dish "je me souviens" is still a good order choice.
