J adore ce restaurant & le service des employés..MAIS je déplore le fait de voir ces mêmes employés obligés de faire le ménage entre leurs services aux clients. Avec les sommes d,argent qui entrent à ce resto, le propriétaire pourrait prendre qqqun pour faire l,entretien .
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant, especially at the bar. Unfortunately, the young owner (not his father) reacted aggressively & impulsively instead of handling the situation with patience & sound judgment.
One evening, while I was sitting quietly, a woman with mental health issues verbally attacked me. Instead of de-escalating the situation calmly & ensuring that everyone remained at ease, the owner made the rash decision to expel me from the bar & call the police without valid reason. A simple conversation & a level-headed approach could have resolved everything peacefully.
Not only did he insult me & call me offensive names-something completely unacceptable-but the situation also led to physical consequences. Due to the snowy conditions, I slipped & fell, suffering injuries, including a fractured finger, as confirmed by a medical certificate. As a result, I am now on a three-week work leave, & I have filed a police complaint. All the necessary evidence, including photos of my injuries & security camera footage, will be reviewed.

This kind of behavior cannot be overlooked. A responsible manager should demonstrate composure, good judgment, & the ability to handle conflicts with diplomacy. Resorting to force & intimidation instead of dialogue solves nothing. As Gandhi wisely said, **'Victory attained by violence is tantamount to a defeat, for it is momentary.'**
I refuse to let this matter go unnoticed. Injustice must not be tolerated, & I will pursue this case to the very end to ensure my rights are upheld.
Moi j'ai été très déçu nous étions un groupe d'environ 30 personnes ont ne peut pas choisir à la carte on a le choix de 4 menu à 32.50 & un à 42.50 J'ai pris la brochette de poulet le poulet était sec le riz avec peut être un peu de bouillon de poulet il etait froid & goutait pas grand chose & 3 patates grecs apart les patates qui étaient chaude le reste était froid. Très décevant comme restaurant
Dans cette catégorie de restaurant la cuisine était excellente. Nous étions plus d'une vingtaine à choisir la table d'hôte & tous ont adoré les différents plats qui y étaient servis. Wow...
Food was good, I didn't see a single waitress smile all evening. 1 was outright rude & the others seem to genuinely hate their job. The portions of food are humongous & the price is very reasonable. Food came out quickly & hot.
Very good restaurant. Always full on the weekends. Good choices on the menu & if you like liver & onions, this is the place. Not many restaurants offer this choice. Parking available.
Food was decent & priced appropriately. Nothing extravagant but seems like a well rounded menu. Service could have been better. I will probably do takeout. My significant other was really not impressed & has no wish to return. I'll never know with certainty but not being white & french may have contributed to us "not fitting in to the environment"
Food was very mediocre Overpriced for the quality Waitress was friendly but slow When it came to pay, we waited at the table for a few minutes, it didn't seem like the waitress was going to come back & get our money, so we walked to the counter , gave her the bill & the money & she didn't even look up to say thank you. :/ I will not be going back to this establishment.
Je suis allé aujourd'hui le 14 août 2024 vers 3h à l'impact manger. La serveuse échappe mon verre d'eau & ne m'en a même pas rapporter un autre. Le repas était plus au moins correct & à la fin pour payer nous avons attendue plus de 30min après qu'elle nous ai donné la facture parce que madame Chantal parlait avec une cliente. (Je pouvais entendre leurs conversations alors que j'étais à l'autre bout du resto) Nous avons du demander pour payer & elle nous a dit d'attendre encore. Est-ce normal? Je n'ai jamais vu une serveuse aussi mal organisée. Sur ce, je ne reviendrai plus, très déçu...
