Très beau magasin d'aliments biologiques. Le rayon de fruits & légumes est très bien pourvu de produits. Espace grand, bien aéré & lumineux. On y trouve presque tout.

It's my favorite for healthy or less healthy vegan stuff. It's very expensive, some of the items can be found a couple of bucks cheaper at stores nearby but they also have rarer items so I'll always keep going back.

I keep reading negative comments about this place,how everything is organic but either there is bugs 🐛 or rotteting fast, well of course! Fresh organic things with no artificial ingredients in them might expired faster or you might find a bug,it's kinda of good sigh because now you know they don't make the products with crap ! Just saying.
Même ici, dans l'Ouest, la loi s'applique : il faut nous accueillir en français. J'ai gentiment, dit ça à celui qui semblait être un gérant, il a roulé des yeux & à haussé les épaules. À tous les autres points de vue, le magasin est très bien. Mais ça gâche l'expérience.

TAU has an excellent selection of vegan & vegetarian options, as well as organic & gluten free foods at a variety of price points. I find them competitive with the large scale grocery stores but with healthier, local brands. Additionally, they have supplements & other nutritional products on site. Definitely a favourite shop of mine for groceries & more!
Overall good but rotten produce often there in their'sales' section. They have their own brand babe but sometimes that's even more expensive than the actual brand name items.
Marché Tau is a gem ... I'm glad it's still the best kept secret in town. Recommending these two products for an energy bust, you might need that after a long winter à la Montréal
Check your receipts guys!! They pass stuff twice , check Dina girl at the casier, she is in for the money! Also the sandwiches get smaller for the same price!
J'aime ce magasin pour le choix de produits disponibles. Les fruits & légumes sont de très bonnes qualités. Rayons traiteurs, boucheries & fromageries , ménager & beauté.
