Huge shoutout to Tau Organic Store! They've got a great selection of organic veggies & foods at fair prices, but the real star is Manager Mr. Inoussa. He greets me like an old friend every time I walk in-warm, helpful, & so patient. Whether I need help choosing produce or have questions about products, he's always there with a smile. Thanks to him, shopping here feels like visiting a buddy, & I look forward to it every time. If you want organic goods with a personal, welcoming vibe, Tau is the place!
Staff is very sweet....but the manager must have been having a bad day. Very impatient with the employee who was asking info, for me to her supervisor.
Le 1er mai 2026 les yupick bio etaient a $19.99 il n y en avait plus & l administration ne veut pas donner de bon différé alors qu ils sont en spécial jusqu au 3 mai 2026. Ils disent que c'est une politique du magasin alors que c'est une loi. Il y a deux semaines, ils ne voulaient pas échanger des noix de cajous rencies (acheté la veille avec facture) je ne retournerai plus jamais à ce commerce.
This was my first & most likely the last time at this store. This is not because of anything except one staff member behind the deli counter where the client bathroom is located. She was beyond unprofessional & extremely rude when my daughter went to use the client bathroom (we asked ahead of time another staff member who was nice enough to show us where it was). Any establishment that keeps employees who do not respect customers should be ashamed of themselves. Screaming & getting angry with a customer who just wanted to use the bathroom is inexcusable. Disgusting that anyone can behave like this…TAU you can do so much better & I would be happy to identify the employee whom we reported to the floor manager at 5:37pm on April 28th, 2026.
The Latina woman (Spanish native speaker who works in natural supplements) can BARELY speak French. This job requires a person who speaks at least one of the two official languages fluently - ideally both. She was mumbling & couldn't form a proper sentence in French. She also clearly doesn't understand supplements or dosages, even though she pretends she does, which is dangerous. Urgently find someone who speaks French well to replace her, & send her to language courses. Unacceptable.
I had to edit my review posted 1 year ago so I can leave you a new review. Because Google Maps does not allow the clients to share a new experience.. One experience apparently is enough : )) Therefore us the clients we have to improvise..
This review addresses specifically to your store director. Just look at the photos & answer to this question ( if of course you have ethics & integrity ). Leaving aside that the broccoli is somewhere & the price is totally somewhere else, obliging clients to visually run after the prices, to match the vegetables with the right price.... An adventure..

Why you store director you got nervous for I have asked what WAS the previous price. Because when you as a store director you advertise a promotion, you have to relation the new price to an old price. Unless how your clients can trust you should you refuse to display the old price ??
How come madame to your competitor located at only 7 minutes distance it is possible while mrs Director into your store... it is not possible...
& why us clients, whenever we ask questions, whenever we claim our rights as consumers, whenever we refuse to be docile & to buy blindly like sheeps, we become persona non grata, you dislike these clients, you invite these clients to shop their items somewhere else (maybe to your competitors...) & with an arrogant & aggressive attitude, you reassure the clients that you will sell the broccoli anyway...
Why madame often the broccoli becomes yellow into your store ?!?! Why madame some items are no longer available into your store if you...'sell them anyway' ?!?!?
Otherwise, you claim that you accumulated, gathered so much ethics & integrity in you. But if you do not release that ethics, if you do not let it out, it will start to expire, to get smelly. Like items sold in the store mrs store Director..
