Friendly and always lively, this neighborhood gem has two addresses with a tasty and comforting menu, cooked with care by its owners Francine Brûlé and Serge Bruneau who receive each customer like at home. I've been to this restaurant three times now, hoping for a great experience, but unfortunately, the service has fallen short each time. It's been frustratingly difficult to get my drink order taken, & on several occasions, I've observed servers socializing with colleagues or on their phones while customers wait for service. While the food itself was average (the burger was just okay, but the fries were good), the overall dining experience was brought down by the lack of attentiveness. When my food arrived, it was simply placed in front of me without utensils or a basic inquiry about condiments. My server was unavailable, & after finding her engrossed in conversation with colleagues again, I had to politely request utensils to eat my meal. There wasn't even an apology offered. Disappointingly, the manager seemed unconcerned as well. There was no check-in to see if everything was alright, & I noticed her join the group conversation with the inattentive servers. This inattention to customer needs makes me hesitant to return.View more

Wow. In town for a little vacation with the husband & tried that place for dinner. I had the fish & chips & he took the seafood roll (guédille). We will definitely come back as this was an amazing experience. Food & customer service are excellent 👌🏻 We will try it for breakfast before we go back home!View more

Excellent service par Océane. La nourriture était succulente, la bavette était cuite à la perfection. Les employés s'assuraient toujours d'avoir la bonne luminosité à mesure que la nuit tombait, afin que les lumières ne soient pas trop forte & qu'une nouvelle ambiance de soirée s'installe, un détail qui me plait beaucoup.
