Les Bridés est un restaurant asiatique convivial en face du parc Ahuntsic, où l'on peut apporter son vin et où une SAQ est à proximité, avec un grand choix de sushis et de plats vietnamiens et thaïlandais; la nourriture est souvent excellente et le service apprécié, le cadre est propre et le rapport qualité-prix favorable; c'est un incontournable du quartier grâce à son ambiance simple et conviviale et sa localisation près du métro Henri-Bourassa; certains avis signalent toutefois une baisse de qualité par rapport au passé et trouvent le coût moins avantageux, mais d'autres restent fidèles et recommandent les sushis, la soupe wonton et le poulet general tao.
This place is incredible. Every time we eat there, the food is incredible. The atmosphere is calming, the service is polite & timely & the food is fresh & delicious. I definitely recommend, you won't be disappointed.

Bémol, Nourriture... Les sauces sont grâces, beaucoup trop salées & trop consistantes. Le poulet est fade & sans saveur, on ne goûte que le sel de la sauce. Les bouillons sont biens mais encore une fois, gras & trop salés.
J'adore ce restaurant, la nourriture est excellente! Le resto est un peu petit mais très chaleureux, le service est très bien! Tout peut être commandé :)

The food was dry & the taste was weird, it did not taste like anything!
I had to reheat & add ingredient to the food. It was real bad, I bought it so I would not have to cook, an I had too since the food wasn't eatable. & I paid 80$ for it!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! The guy that deliver it, however, was kind & respetfull.
So I came here for Dinner with a couple of friends by referral. It was great. My friends had the kitchen menu, but my wife & I had the sushi. We all loved our food. I took what they call "omakase". it's when you tell the chef to make you whatever he wants to make for you. Wow, what a meal. It was on a Friday so the service was a bit slow but well worth the wait. For dessert, we all shared fried ice cream & fried banana, how can you go wrong?
When we were getting up to pay for our bills, I thanked the chef for a great job. He had apologized for the wait & the limited choices he had. He told me that the next time I come, to reserve in advance & if there was anything I wanted that wasn't on the menu, he would order it to accommodate me.
The service overall was ok, the food compensated for it. I would definitely come back & ask for the omakase.
