Very cool restaurant style pub. They have great drink options as well as food. Really enjoyed their seafood tartare as well as their braised lamb dishes!
Great food, Great service & a really nice vibe - we were in Trois Rivières on a Monday evening when a lot of places are not open (which was fortunate for us) as it led us here - & we're really glad it did.

Très bonne bouffe! Frais & avec beaucoup de saveurs! Nous étions sur la terrasse extérieure! Bonne ambiance, mais petit bémol sur les chaises relativement petites & peu confortables. Un restaurant incontournable à Trois-Rivieres !
Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la terrasse arrière à l'abris des grands arbres & son mur végétal. L'ambiance est agréable, le service était très bien. Nous n'avons pas eu la chance d'essayer la cuisine mais ce sera pour une prochaine visite.
Le Temps d'une Pinte est un restaurant bistronomique que je fréquente depuis des années. Le personnel est toujours professionnel & sympathique. Le propriétaire est également une personne qui valorise l'humain & l'importance d'une belle expérience. Les prix sont raisonnables. Les portions sont sensées & chaque aliments (parfois rare, parfois commun) est intégré à un plat de façon innovante pour offrir une perspective gustative nouvelle. Jamais ne n'ai été déçue après un souper dans ce restaurant. Par ailleurs, leur tartare de boeuf est définitivement LE meilleur en ville! Je recommande vivement l'endroit.
I love this place; stop here every time I visit Quebec City. Close to the historic centre, fair trade coffee in the morning, or great beer choices in the evening.
