I bought one bottle of beer for $10.35 & the bartender returned $9 so I found that odd that I was paying $11 for a bottle of beer. I asked for the receipt & she had withheld $0.65 without my knowledge. Just imagine how many more times she's done this & how much she's stealing from customers especially from the inebriated ones.

L'endroit est propre, les tables de billards sont en bon état, la bière est bonne & le service sympathique. Mon seul bémol, c'est qu'il n'y a pas de repas à cette succursale de Skratch (plus des grignotines) & que le four était hors service. Pour cette aspect, ce Skratch n'arrive pas à la cheville des autres succursales comme celle située à Laval par exemple. Mes amis & moi y avons tout de même passé une bonne soirée.

My girlfriend & I come here often & we always have a good time. The staff rocks, they're attentive & friendly. Nice variety of activities & drinks ! Shoutout to the working crew 🙌🏽
