C'était ma troisième fois & la dernière. Le restaurant a besoin de rénovation. À ÉVITER. L'attente était très longue avant de se faire servir, les nappes étaient sales. Les deux première fois la nourriture était excellente , mais ce soir elle était éxécrable. Les ingrédients de piètre qualité. Les employés sont gentils , mais il y a de bien meilleur restaurant dans ce même rayon dont le Jardin Nelson qui est juste en face.

Si vous voulez gaspiller votre argent, allez dans ce restaurant. La nourriture était absolument horrible & le service était encore pire. Les filles passaient leur temps à parler & à rire au lieu de faire attention aux clients. Toutes les tables autour de nous se sont fait demander si elles voulaient du parmesan & du poivre pour leurs pâtes, mais on ne nous a jamais rien proposé. Même lorsque nous l'avons demandé nous-mêmes, on ne nous en a pas donné.

Notre serveur était extrêmement impoli. Il nous parlait avec colère & nous accusait au lieu d'essayer de nous offrir un service convenable. Toute l'expérience était extrêmement décevante.

& s'il vous plaît, payez correctement vos employés afin qu'ils n'aient pas à supplier les clients pour des pourboires.

If you want to waste your money, go to this restaurant. The food was absolutely terrible, & the service was even worse. The girls were standing around talking & laughing instead of paying attention to customers. Every table around us was asked if they wanted Parmesan & pepper for their pasta, but we were never asked, & even when we requested it ourselves, we were not given any.

Our waiter the gentleman was extremely rude. He spoke to us angrily & kept blaming the customer instead of say next time we'll make it better. The whole experience was extremely disappointing.

& please, pay your employees properly so they don't have to beg customers for tips.

Good food there! My mom had Seafood Pasta, my brother had Lamb, & I had Duck for dinner on our trip to Canada! The food tastes wonderful, & the music atmosphere is so peaceful. The dessert is very delicious.

Everything looked great from the outside, so I came here for dinner with a group of friends. Unfortunately, our food arrived cold, & it was very difficult to communicate with the service staff. The servers also seemed unprepared & not ready to handle our table. I'm sorry to say that the quality was quite disappointing.
The only positive aspect was the atmosphere, which was very nice.
Regretfully, I can only give this place 1
stars. I hope the management takes customer feedback seriously & makes improvements
