Super endroit avec un décor monastique qui nous ramène dans le temps. Bonne bouffe & excellent service. Une carte simple, typique d'un bistro & le tout bien maitrisé. Essayer la soupe à l'oignon déconstruite, une nouvelle formule inédite qui n'a rien à voir avec ce que l'on connait d'habitude. Les médaillons de cerf étaient tout simplement parfaits. C'était une première fois pour nous & pas la dernière. Informez-vous car il y a de belles soirées découvertes qui se rajoutent à l'occasion. Service attentionné. Le personnel était super sympathique. Rien à redire sauf que la carte des bières devrait être plus généreuse, surtout en terme de microbrasseries.
