We had a wonderful dinner at Sacré Bistro. The restaurant is located in the old abbey, which gives it a really unique & magical atmosphere. We ate on the terrace under a large tree, & with the tables spaced far apart, it felt cozy, quiet, & very relaxing. The inside is just as beautiful, with the original stone walls on display.
This isn't a place to go if you're in a hurry, but the slower pace fits the experience & the food is definitely worth the wait. Our server recommended the scallops & the macreuse de boeuf, & both were excellent. The scallops were perfectly cooked, & the beef was incredibly tender with a rich, delicious sauce.
The only small downside is that the scallop dish isn't very filling. If you have a bigger appetite, I'd recommend ordering a side. We had the grilled vegetables, which were well seasoned, & a loaf of bread that was perfectly crispy on the outside & soft on the inside.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience. Between the beautiful setting, great service, & delicious food, it's a place we'd happily come back to.
Je tenais a écrire cet avis pour féliciter l'équipe qui a travaillé hier le 31 juillet soirée avec l'évènement Candlelight.
Les circonstances dans lesquelles vous avez dû opérer était presque impossible & malgré tout, tous les employés ont gardé le moral & ont été magnifiques avec les clients qui étaient pas tous sympathiques & faciles.
Ce n'était pas ma première visite donc je sais que le service ne peut être évalué selon les circonstances de cette soirée atypique.
Encore une fois, un groupe de jeunes serveurs qui ont tenu le restaurant au meilleur de leurs capacités avec la plus belle attitude, BRAVO!!!
Petit message aux propriétaires… repenser votre formule comme les établissements qui organisent des menus'événements' pour permettre à vos clients d'avoir une belle experience & donner une chances a votre équipe.

Le site est enchanteur, mais c est trop cher pour un si mauvais service
The place is fantastic, the service is ok, the food is low quality at top tier price. Never pick the burger. The patty tasted cheap frozen meat from Walmart. Even though they use good cheese (Oka) the 35$ burger was tasting very low quality. Might go back for a walk, never for the food.
Cadre très sympathique, carte variée & l'établissement a beaucoup de charme. Vous pouvez prendre un verre sur la terrasse. Il y a un menu enfant. Tout était copieux dans les assiettes. Nous avons pris les pétoncles c'était très bon. L'assiette de légumes du jardin en accompagnement est très belle. Service très agréable. Je recommande sincèrement ce lieu.
Le risotto excellent, tout comme les cocktails, la présentation & les saveurs sont exceptionnelles. Très belle découverte, j'y retournerai assurément! 👍🏻
