Bonjour,
Je vous écris pour exprimer ma déception face au service médiocre que nous avons reçu dans votre établissement. Bien que l'endroit semblait accueillant à notre arrivée, notre expérience a rapidement changé. Nous avons dû demander nos apéritifs à trois reprises sans jamais les recevoir. De plus, nos plats principaux sont arrivées 15 minutes après nos entrées alors que nous n'avions pas terminé encore celles-ci. & nos soupes sont arrivés 5 minutes après les plats principaux. De plus, après une attente de plus de 45 minutes pour donner notre commande pour les desserts, nous avons décidé de demander l'addition. Malheureusement, la serveuse, visiblement ivre, s'est présentée à notre table en nous demandant comment elle pourrait remédier à notre expérience décevante. À ce stade, notre opinion sur votre établissement était irrémédiablement altérée, & bien que nous n'ayons rien mentionné au personnel, il est clair que nous ne retournerons pas malgré notre appréciation pour vos plats.
