Le Ravito est un endroit excellent
Nous adorons les services du mercredi soir avec les formidables tacos avec quatre choix possible.
Ils sont rapides & compétents
& surtout les tacos sont merveilleusement bon & encore plus celui au port effiloché
Le tout servi par Maeva, qui gère son service parfaitement bien, & qui sait gérer des tables, parfois lourdes, pressées d'aller au quizz room :)

Le ravito c'est une place où tu peux venir manger un cheesecake basque a 9h du matin dans une ambiance super chill & revenir à 18h pour la soirée Tacos & Tequila dans une ambiance festive. Allez-y 100% matin, midi, soir!

I've given this place two chances with different groups & did not feel positively about either visit.

They do have a beautiful terrace in a great location. As I was coming with some friends, I made a reservation indicating in the notes we wanted'a table on the terrace'. To further confirm, I visited in person the morning of our reservation again reiterating we wanted a table on the terrace & that I had indicated it in my reservation. The person working took the note down & said that would be fine! I was pleased. When we arrived, the terrace was full. I asked the waitress & said we had a reservation on the terrace & she said'we don't take reservations for the terrace'. That's fine, but can you share that information with all of your staff?? Or make a note in your reservation portal? We had to wait 15 minutes - again it's okay.

We came for the all you can eat tacos. One of my friends is pregnant so she requested no mayo on her tacos. They brought out tacos with mayo for two orders. Only on the third order did they finally get it right & put no mayo. On top of this, we had to ask for napkins, cutlery & water many times before getting it. In fact, we never did get the cutlery. Did not feel this went smoothly at all.

On another occasion, I decided to give you a second chance as I wanted to try the $1 oyster evening. We sat on the terrace, ordered the oysters & beer. When the waitress came with the oysters, it seemed like she accidentally nudged our glasses & spilled beer all over my boyfriend. We didn't say anything, but she basically blamed him, saying it was his shirt that must've pulled the table down. Didn't even offer to replace the beer & he sat in wet pants for the rest of the evening. Eventually another waitress brought a pint to replace his, but never replaced mine which also fell. We found it so weird that she blamed him for the beer spilling. We of course didn't blame her, accidents happen! That just ruined the evening.

Honestly the servers gave me'mean girl' vibes both times. Hope the service improves because it has the potential to be a great place in the neighbourhood.

Place is cute but food was just ok felt like the some of the tacos from the first batch were quite empty & slightly cold. Also inconsistency in the tacos one had fried halloumi the other wasnt. Also they didn't get my order completely right I ordered 2 beef, 2 halloumi & 2 fish tacos but got /beef, 3 houloumi & 1 fish & service took quite some time fir the food. The service lacked, no would you like anything else or are you missing anything or are you ready for your bill. Unfortunately not a place I would return to.
