Service was good & the food & cocktails were not extraordinary but quite tasty the main thing is its waaaay too expensive; 46$ for 12 oysters is insane, & thats coming from someone who mostly lives in central London & eats out every other day. I know food is more expensive in Canada but still. Also it was extremely loud so me & my friend weren't able to hear or talk to each other. Sadly, don't think i'd come back.

quel coup de coeur! Une ambiance tamisée, légèrement mystérieuse, avec des clins d'oeil à la nature qui donnent au décor une profondeur tranquille. Rien d'excessif, juste une élégance maîtrisée.

En cuisine, la première impression s'est vite transformée en conviction. Les arancini au guanciale étaient riches, parfaitement exécutés, & la burrata frite infusée au pesto de pistache offrait un contraste de textures vraiment réussi.

Les plats principaux ont confirmé le sérieux de l'endroit : un onglet mariné au whisky, tendre & bien équilibré, accompagné de frites de patates douces assaisonnées juste comme il faut. Puis le flétan de la Gaspésie, servi sur une salade de maïs d'inspiration mexicaine - un plat lumineux, d'une finesse étonnante. Honnêtement, un des meilleurs poissons que j'ai mangés.

Les cocktails signature méritent d'être mentionnés : audacieux, parfumés, maîtrisés. Ils ont du caractère.

Ce qui distingue vraiment ce bistro, c'est sa capacité à offrir quelque chose de haut de gamme sans jamais basculer dans le snobisme. C'est chic, oui, mais chaleureux. On sent que l'équipe veut bien faire, sans prétention.

Que ce soit pour un souper en tête-à-tête, une soirée entre amis ou une rencontre familiale, c'est une adresse qui vaut réellement le déplacement - & qui donne déjà envie d'y retourner.

Tout est parfait, l'ambiance feutrée c'est un gros Wow l'accueil au bar en plus de m'avoir fait un superbe délicieux cocktail dans un beau verre à Martini . Merci à Jacob. C'était parfait. Alexa la sommelière nous a conseillé un vin tout à fait dans nos cordes & que dire du chef, la cuisine était sublime. & ……. & leur martini espresso!!!! Un MUST! Un resto a découvrir !
