Super professional staff in a beautiful place with music that perfectly fits the ambiance!

Très bel endroit, mais l'équipe de gestion est épouvantable.
J'y ai organisé un événement pour 120 personnes & ce fut une catastrophe. Manque de staff (1 barman pour 120 personnes), les gérants ne connaissaient pas la réglementation municipale au niveau du bruit & nous avons donc dû déplacer nos speakers à 3 reprises, l'équipe voulait nous installer dans une salle non climatisée, non ventilée, toute fenestrée alors qu'il faisait 29 degrés, il a fallu trouver une solution la veille de notre événement, tandis qu'on n'avait pas de réponse de leur part. Ils ne prennent pas leurs appels sur leurs cellulaires, ils ne répondent pas à leurs courriels, le numéro officiel de l'établissement n'est même pas activé. Cet endroit mythique qui a connu de si belles années est malheureusement géré par une gang d'amateurs. Quelle déception !

We reserved this place for an event.
Honestly, Maya was the best bartender we could've had. Several bartenders worked the same shift, but whenever Maya was away, the quality of the service fell appart. I rarely review places, but I felt like saying this was a MUST.

Maya CARRIED the staff tonight.
There might have been 2 or 3 bartenders, but only one mattered. Maya.

Malgré une réservation en terrasse pour une belle soirée d'été, on nous propose une table dans le fond à l'intérieur prétextant que les tables près du bar sont réservées. Pour qui ? Nous acceptons une table dehors, un long comptoir haut avec des tabourets inconfortables; il faudra courir après un serveur pour avoir nos verres de vin avant la fin du repas plutôt ordinaire. La musique est trop forte, mais par chance le personnel est sympathique. Spécifiez que vous voulez une table près du bar & soyez du beau monde, sinon ...🤨

I love the ambiance & I always recommend this place to people, it's perfect for summer time but I was there today around 10pm alone at the bar & nobody came to serve me, I waited around 10 minutes & nobody although there were 2 bartenders. There were two men sitting at my side, they arrived after me & they were served meanwhile I was completely ignored & decided to left. It seemed that the female bartenders server men only...

Belle grande terrasse, l ambiance est bonne. Le service est correct sans plus... Les cocktails sont bons rien d exceptionnel. Un côté du bar est pourvu de chaises régulières au lieu de tabourets... très bizarre & inconfortable car le bar n a clairement pas la même hauteur qu une table. Il serait primordial d investir dans des tabourets appropriés & laisser les chaises pour les tables... non?
