Au début le niveau sonore était très correct on entendait très bien la musique tout en étant capable de parler a ses voisins sans entendre la conversation de la table d'à côté, nickel 👌🏻. Mais dès que le DJ est arrivé & on est passé a la partie karaoké là c'est devenu insoutenable, trop fort, incapable de discuter avec la personne juste a coté de moi sans lui parler directement dans l'oreille. J'ai eu mal au crâne & aux oreilles le lendemain.

Le son est bien trop fort, j'ai l'impression qu'il n'y quasiment pas d'alcool dans les pichets même s'ils sont bons, les musiques ont l'ait d'être sélectionnées puisqu'on a attendu 1h30 sans voir la nôtre arriver, ça s'est presque transformé en club avec un monde fou.
belle ambiance . Suggère fortement de reserver vraiment d avance pour avoir place pour large groupe même plus qu un mois . Mais sans réservation c est toujours possible de trouver une place mais il faut venir vers 9pm avant que le monde arrive pour le debut de karaoke
Je vais à ce bar 3 fois par semaine, c'est vraiment bien! Belle animation, bon service & ambiance festive & joyeuse. Cela dit, à part les vendredis & les samedis, les gens qui chantent sont très talentueux, donc ça peut décourager les plus timides.
Que des bonnes soirées au date ! Karaoké de tout niveau, staff au top : animateurs, bar, service, direction ! Que du fun & hâte de revenir à montréal pour y retourner 🍾
I was visiting Montreal & begged my son & his partner to take me out for a karaoke experience, & they took me to Le Date. I love everything about this place. All ages, all sizes, all everything! The entertainment was great & the host was wonderful. A joyous atmosphere with great service. I'm a 69 year old straight woman from Calgary, & this place is in the Gay Village. I had a blast, met lots of people, felt totally comfortable, & wish there were similar places in where I live. Very inclusive & friendly. I'll be back!
If you've never gone to a karaoke bar, here's the following information to know: No reservations are needed unless you're a big group. The only "fee" to partake in the karaoke is to buy a drink. You can sing as much as you want, you just have to look at the song catalogue they have online. Submit your song & then they'll call you when it's your turn. All you have left is to sing your heart out!
Loved the place. It's small, but everyone there is very chill. I'll have to come again. The staff is super nice & very welcoming 🙏 The staff there is also super talented! They are all amazing singers! You won't be disappointed! If your server is Fred, you'll be treated like a king. I really recommend this place.
