Amazing Dining Experience at Restaurant Le Bordelais I recently had the pleasure of dining at Restaurant Le Bordelais with family friends, & it was an unforgettable experience. We started with the escargots, which were simply the best in town-perfectly seasoned & absolutely delicious. For my main course, I had the fish, which was cooked to perfection & served with fresh vegetables & rice. Every bite was flavorful & satisfying. The atmosphere is warm & inviting, & they often have live music during dinner, which adds to the charm of the evening. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a wonderful dining experience!
They should not call themselves a fine dining experience. I'm sure in its day it earned that title but not today In brief, food was just average, service was terrible. First off, The waiter came to us a good 20 minutes after finishing our salad & said he lost our order. So a long wait. Our son asked if he could have a Caesar & the waiter never said there will be a surcharge ( house which was included was $6.95, Caesar $7.95) instead of informing us he is charging full price for Caesar & saying you can still have soup because you've paid for soup & salad, they just added $7.95x3 orders plus tax for the change. What waiter doesn't inform you of this. A GOOD RESPECTABLE restaurant would said there's a surcharge of $1 per salad NOT CHARGE for a whole other one. Even the guy who appeared to be in charge was comfortable charging us. Beyond unprofessional Then my son ordered a salmon with hollandaise sauce which arrived without sauce. We were told the chefs been in the hospital 4 months ( NOT MY PROBLEM) & that they don't know how to make hollandaise sauce. I am NOT kidding Asked for a birthday cake for our son. This icecream cake arrived melted. Usually a restaurant company the person celebrating their birthday. No, they charged us $9.95 per person for melted cake. They said he would take the rest home but they never offered it when we left. If you're going to charge, bring one piece to the birthday boy & ask what kind of dessert if any we wanted. A total rip off. & NO CLASS! Would never go back nor would I ever recommend this place.
Très déçu fait longtemps voulais essayer très petit portion steak très gras & raide sauce au poivre tres sucre & pas de pain croûte du pain aux oeufs ordinaire mais service client excellent & très beau resto qui peut servir pour les grosse reception déçu de la nourriture fini pour moi
Nous avons été très bien reçu pour un anniversaire de 6o ans. La nourriture est excellente & le service impeccable. Le pavé de boeuf était succulent & fondait dans la bouche. Le shortcake aux fraises est de loin le meilleur que j'ai mangé. Merci pour cette belle soirée & je n'hésiterai aucunement revenir essayer vos autres plats.

Des mets classiques mais un peu répétitifs. Possède un charme "vieux jeu" qu'on ne retrouve plus vraiment ailleurs à Montréal. Dispendieux pour le résultat dans l'assiette. Personnel très sympathique & attentionné. Clientèle âgée.
C'était notre première fois & nous avons adoré... Nabil notre serveur fût à l'écoute de tout nos besoins. Très professionnel, souriant... Je le recommande vivement
En novembre 2023, j'ai fêté mon 50e anniversaire de mariage au restaurant Le Bordelais. La salle fut très bien adaptée avec une ambiance chaleureuse, la nourriture fut excellente, très bien présentée & très gouteuse, quant au service, il fut hors pair. À une autre occasion, je suis aussi aller prendre un repas dans la salle à manger; mon repas fut encore très apprécié & digne de mention. Je n'ai que des points positifs face à ce restaurant.
