The rice in the pressed torched sushi is seasoned & flavourful, not bland like other places. The best part is that it doesn't only taste like rice & you can taste the other ingredients. Presentation is equally beautiful as it is uplifting. The prices are competitive to the prices on the market. My favourite torched sushi are the salmon & the tuna!

This trendy sushi spot delivers on all fronts-fresh, beautifully presented dishes with a creative flair. The ambiance is stylish yet inviting, I have been there with my wife on a date & we definitely recommend it. Also, the staff is both knowledgeable & welcoming. 24$ tx comprises pour un petit poke bol aux crevettes (4) c'est un peu trop cher. Le bol était très léger & contenait peu de nourritures. Quelques grains de riz, un peu de laitue, quelques morceaux de concombre & de mangue & finalement 4 crevettes. Un peu décevant pour le coût. Dommage car très bien situé au Shop Angus !

Nourriture excellente & produits frais. Petit point à travailler : j'y suis allé à 13h & j'ai du attendre plus de 10 minutes debout devant le comptoir dans le restaurant vide avant que quelqu'un sorte du back store pour venir me servir. La personne qui m'a servis étais super courtoise mais elle parlait seulement anglais ! Donc à prévoir si vous ne parlez pas anglais (:

We came here for the first time, we got the salmon poke bowl to share, the presentstion was beautiful & staff very pleasant, however, the poke bowl was so vinegary that the roof of my mouth was raw & tangy for a while even when I was done eating, all we tasted was vinegar, not much special sauce that one is used to when getting poke bowls, I was really looking forward to this experience, maybe when we try next time we'll get the sushi.

Ordered the saumon sashimi & a box of 21 piece makis. One of the best sushi's I've ever had. Fresh, tastes incredible & great presentation. Highly recommend to anyone who's a fan of sushi or just your casual sushi eater. Service was great as well. Very friendly, got my order within 15mins -20mins.

J'avais tellement hâte de commander chez Blossom. J'ai pris une commande pour emporter & malheureusement, ma première expérience a été mauvaise. Le combo 37 morceaux n'était pas frais: riz sec, feuilles d'algues humides, thon qui me roule dans la bouche & sushis qui se défont. On aurait dit que les makis avaient été préparés la veille....Finalement, j'ai l'impression d'avoir payé pour le branding & une la poignée de pousses & pétales de fleurs lancée sur de vieux sushis. Peut-être ai-je été malchanceuse.
