About us

The Black Forest restaurant was born from an idea of sharing and discovery of the senses. Textures, flavors and innovation come together to bring this urban culinary journey to life.

Thanks to a monthly changing menu, the creative imagination of our chefs will make your mouth water.

Through some 800 gourmet tapas cooked since its opening in 2017 (in our first restaurant in Laval) and now in 2022 (in our second restaurant in Terrebonne) the Black Forest team invites you to join its big family and invites you to dive in our epicurean universe.

Enfin un resto différent! Nous avons adoré, nous y retournerons c'est certain. Bon service, poli & attentionné avec un timing parfait, très belles présentations & bonne température de tous les plats. Je recommande le menu gastronomique pour goûter à tout. Une mention spéciale aux gnocchis qui sont les meilleurs que nous avons mangés à vie.

Très bon menu dégustation quoique j'aurais aimé changer un plat car il y a une viande que je n'aimais pas, vu que le menu est planifié j'aurais aimé juste pouvoir répéter un des plats....mais je n'ai pas demandé...à part cela bon service & les sauces dans les plats étaient tous délicieuse.

Nous avons passé une très belle soirée ! Le menu dégustation était absolument fabuleux & les présentations très soignées ! De plus, le restaurant a su bien adapté les plats pour une convive qui est intolérante au gluten.

Nous avons pris le repas dégustation. La nourriture & le service étaient excellents! Le seul bémol que j'aurais à noter est qu'il n'y avait qu'un seul petit croûton à partager à 3 pour accompagner le tartare...Pour le reste, tout était parfait!

Le service à été EXTRAORDINAIRE, vraiment au delà de nos attentes!!!!! La nourriture était bonne, sauf que Les portions sont un peu trop petite, nous avions encore faim à la fin du souper.
Nous avions pris 3 tapas à partager & un dessert.
