The Black Forest restaurant was born from an idea of sharing and discovery of the senses. Textures, flavors and innovation come together to bring this urban culinary journey to life.

Thanks to a monthly changing menu, the creative imagination of our chefs will make your mouth water.

Through some 800 gourmet tapas cooked since its opening in 2017 (in our first restaurant in Laval) and now in 2022 (in our second restaurant in Terrebonne) the Black Forest team invites you to join its big family and invites you to dive in our epicurean universe.

Le très bon:
Les cocktails étaient savoureux & sortaient de l'ordinaire. Wow
Plusieurs plats étaient excellent. (La pieuvre! & médaillon de cerf (excellent vin servi avec)🤤)
Excellente composition dans les assiettes. Les textures sont variées & bien agencées.
Service wow, (un peu lent entres les différents services par contre). Chaque plat, chaque consommation est bien présententé.

Le moins bon:
La véranda est vraiment trop froide. Les « lampes à frites » ne fournissent pas. Jambes gelées.
L'accord mets / vin plutôt ordinaire. (Ex tartare de boeuf avec un vin blanc léger & sec)
Certains plats manquaient de saveur (Rigatoni).
Musique trop forte & playlist un peu trop « party » pour l'ambiance.
