The Black Forest restaurant was born from an idea of sharing and discovery of the senses. Textures, flavors and innovation come together to bring this urban culinary journey to life.

Thanks to a monthly changing menu, the creative imagination of our chefs will make your mouth water.

Through some 800 gourmet tapas cooked since its opening in 2017 (in our first restaurant in Laval) and now in 2022 (in our second restaurant in Terrebonne) the Black Forest team invites you to join its big family and invites you to dive in our epicurean universe.

Début 2022, fin pandémie, c'était vraiment super!!! Mais... Nous sommes allés mi-octobre 2022, & c'était assez ordinaire.. nous étions 5, 1 dégustation pour 2 & 1 pour 3. Nous avons pris 1 bouteille de vin à 63$, pas d'entrée, ni café, ni dessert. Facture totale 550.00$...! On a eu 6 petits pains & quand on a redemandé, on nous a dit que ce serait facturable pour éviter le gaspillage alimentaire!!!!! Les assiettes avaient exactement la même quantité que ce soit pour 2 ou pour 3! Quand est venu le temps de payer la facture, la serveuse a insisté pour que nous fassions 15% au lieu d'un montant, ce qui ne fait pas 15% sur le montant avant taxes mais bien après taxes. Sont maintenant indépendants car la pandémie ne les limite plus. Vraiment désolant,! Nous n'y retournerons plus & pour le même prix, on peut très bien trouver mieux ailleurs. Nous recommandons d'éviter.

Première visite Le menu dégustation a 4 à 240$
La nourriture en général était bonne, la présentation toutefois était très ordinaire, nous n'avons pas aimé se séparer les petits plats a 4, nous aurions aimé mieux une présentation dans des ramequins individuels, surtout lors des plats de pâtes & risottos, très difficile à partager. Est-ce que j y retournerais...? Pas mon premier choix d'emblée mais oui sûrement si le menu du mois me plaît!

Excellent service, choix de plats varié (viande, végé, poisson, fruits de mer,...), prix plutôt élevé pour la quantité, mais le goût y est. Je recommande sans hésitation!
