Il y avait une file, Mais ça n'a tellement pas pris beaucoup de temps. Le personnel est vite & serviable. Très contente de mon expérience au Berlingot!
Ambiance formidable. Pets, babies & family with kids very welcome. Delicious & fair variety of ice creams & sorbets. Plenty of parking even though in the evenings it's full house on nice days. The waiting lines could be 20 to 40 minutes long but worth the wait while sharing chit chats with friends or family.

Cette endroit est vraiment fantastique. La maison ancestral a beaucoup de cachet! Mais bon, le plus important c'est la qualité de la glace. J'ai pris ce soir la molle du moment : Sorbet Lemon curd & glace Lavende & múres. C'est ma plus belle expérience depuis un bon moment. Les saveurs étaient parfaitement équilibrées, la lavende n'était pas trop parfumée juste ce qu'il fallait pour donner du caractère aux mûres. Quand à la Lemon Curd... wow!!! Un vrai goût de citron pressé appuyé par sensation très crémeuse en bouche, très impressionnant pour un sorbet. Le mariage des 2 saveurs était tellement parfait! Bravo aux créateurs & merci de ravir nos papilles dégustatives à ce point.
La crème glacée, le sorbet & les autres genres de dessert sont bien délicieux, frais & tellement bon! Le lieu est historique avec bonne ambiance & genre style village européen! Bien charmant…

My friend & I stopped by today for the first time to try their gelato, & it definitely didn't disappoint! I had the strawberry-guava sorbet, & it was absolutely delicious. My friend chose the blueberry-yuzu flavor (I forgot to snap a picture!), & she loved it as well. I'd definitely recommend stopping by if you're ever in the area!
Si vous cherchez une petite crémerie avec une variété de saveurs & de la qualité, je vous suggère le berlingot à Laval. Le sorbet était très goûteux & délicieux, pour un petit cela m'a coûté environ 7$. Le personnel était très gentil & accueillant. Le bémol est qu'il n'y a aucune table pour déguster notre crème glacée, il y a seulement un petit stationnement derrière pour quelques voitures & ce n'est pas le meilleur emplacement. Je ne sais pas si ça vaut le détour pour moi.
Heard very positive reviews from family & friends about this ice cream spot. We passed by, & ordered four different items of the menu-one hazel-dipped vanilla cone, one cherry-sorbet & cheesecake swirl, & two ice cream cups: pudding chomeur & maple pecan.
By far the best cone was the hazelnut dip. The dressing was of a wonderful texture & flavour, & thickly coated.
The swirl was extremely soft despite it being quite cold outside (maybe 3 degrees), & fell over immediately. It was caught by hand (not the best experience), though the flavour was decent. The cherry sorbet was sweet & somewhat tart, though the cheesecake icecream was lacking cheesecake flavour-it tasted like vanilla.
The most disappointing flavours were, by a large margin, the pudding chomeur & maple pecan. Neither was easy to enjoy. They were both bland & uneventful. The maple pecan had no pieces of pecan, nor any sign of maple. It was, rather, pecan & maple flavoured.
The pudding chomeur, on the other hand, had pieces of breading in it, but was salty, not rich or sweet. It was likewise unpleasant.
We were not able to finish either, & threw out more than half of the cup. Disappointing given the price.
Would therefore not recommend as there are better options at similar prices.
