Tout est bon en général.
La sauce qui est servie avec griot,poulet & autres, couleur brune/grise & selon nos goût elle n'est vraiment pas bonne.
Le griot est bon & pas sec comme la plupart des autres casse-croute haïtien. Selon nous, les bananes pesées devraient être cuites au moment de la commande. Elles ne sont pas croustillantes mais pas mauvaises. Quel le poulet soit en sauce ou pas il est bon. Le légume est très bon mais bémol sur la quantité de viande; un cube de boeuf dans une portion. Les viandes sont bonnes & bien marinées. Nouveau depuis cette semaine, boissons de fruits style slush; trop sucrée & très dispendieuse pour la petite quantité (verre non rempli). Selon nous, riz collé n'est pas le meilleur.
La femme qui fait le service très sympathique mais pas très ouverte à la critique.
Petit conseil au restaurateur; pour les gens qui mangent sur place ils devraient servir la nourriture dans des assiettes & non dans des plats de carton. Autre conseil; être ouvert à la critique & ne pas parler des clients en avant d'eux. La discrétion a meilleur goût.
Le lieu est très propre ainsi que la toilette.
