Love the food here but unfortunately the service is extremely slow. Every time we come it takes forever to get our beverages & even longer to get our food. The staff rarely checks in to see if everything is okay. They definitely need more staff & stronger customer service training.

We still tip well despite the lack of service because we feel bad for the staff but at this point we won't be returning anytime soon. This last visit our food took over 40 minutes. Our coffee & fresh orange juice took about 20 minutes. We even came after the rush & unfortunately it was still the same experience we've had during the weekdays.

The food was also disappointing this time. The potatoes were rock hard. The bottom of the California omelette was burnt & the pancakes weren't as fluffy or as good as they usually are.

We mentioned the potatoes to our waiter & he did bring us a new order. He asked us to let him know if they were okay but never came back to check. He later saw that we hadn't eaten them & simply ignored it. What is the point of asking us to let you know if everything is okay if you don't come back to check on the table? That lack of follow-through is exactly the issue with the service here.

The owner really needs to reestablish some structure & get the team organized so service can run smoothly & efficiently like other breakfast competitors. More experienced waiters need to be hired & new staff should be properly trained before being put on the floor without the knowledge or experience needed to provide good service.

I rarely leave reviews like this but at this point I feel like it needs to be said. We genuinely love the food here when it's done right which is why it's so disappointing. There's a lot of potential but the service & consistency seriously need to improve.

Very nice place to have a nice breakfast. Menu is very interesting but to long to read, lots of imfo about 76 Olympics & more, you kind of get lost after reading everything. Above all it was good but expensive for just eggs & a sausage. They have good smoothies. The atmosphere is also good.

Très très décevant pour avoir connu l'avenue au début il y a 15 ans mon dieu cela a bien changé & pas en mieux. Un conseillé allait ailleurs même chez allô mon coco vous serait moins déçu. Nous étions 4. J'ai commandé Bobby doll Istanbul & les épices eh bien trop léger pas relever très fade, si je choisis un plat comme celui-ci c'est pour justement retrouver de quoi qui goûte, les oeufs qui devait être poché sont arrivés trop cuit ! pas un brin coulant un qui etait même dur, les 3 petites galettes de poulet sèche & le yogourt qui accompagne le plat il y en avait à peine juste de quoi juste tapisser le fond & ce plat coûte 27$ ! Décevant à souhait !!!! Les crêpes fraises nutella de ma fille etait bien mais en même temps un peu difficile de loupé une chose aussi simple.
Donc soit c'est l'avenue de Laval ou je ne sais pas mais moi non je n'y retournerai pas.
Place très bruyante avec des enfants qui crie de partout & j'ai moi même un enfant (mais elle ne court pas & hurle pas voyons) mais aller dans une place où tu as l'impression d'être dans une garderie non merci.
