The service was A++++++ - the two girls at the front counter were incredibly welcoming, attentive & took time to explain the whole menu. The food was super full of flavor, BUT THE SHOWSTOPPERS FOR ME: shrimp & griot. Sweet potatoes fries were better than the regular ones but I'm biased. The mac & cheese looked insane but I don't eat dairy. We did notice when we sat down it's primarily a takeout spot with many Uber orders, lots of drivers in & out. The young ladies went out of their way to ensure we felt comfortable dining in. A highlight of the experience was the chef personally coming out to greet us, bring us the juicy griot. Despite being a 40-minute drive from home, the incredible food & hospitality made it well worth the trip. *Warning though if you are driving from far: dining in there's no bathroom access.* so easy on the soda
My husband & I have been regulars at this restaurant for the past 2 years since we first discovered it from friends of ours. & omg they never miss a beat! It's ALWAYS bomb!! Last Saturday dec. 28 we did a traiteur with them! VERY interesting prices, we got more food than we needed in the end. Everyone left with a bunch of good food. & it was delicious as usual! Honestly if you're looking for good Haitian comfort food you WILL NOT GO WRONG HERE! I mean reviews don't lie! & TikTok bumps this restaurant up enough as it is! 100/10!!

La nourriture est excellente, & le service toujours agréable. Je tiens à prendre un moment pour faire une mention spéciale à SHANNA ! Wow, quelle employée exceptionnelle, avec un grand coeur ! Son attention & son souci pour les clients font toute la différence. Je suis sans mots. Tout ce que je peux dire, c'est un immense MERCI. Les employés sont le reflet de l'équipe de direction & de la culture de l'entreprise, & cela se ressent ici. Cette entreprise nourrit bien plus que le ventre, elle nourrit aussi le coeur. Assez déçu de m'avoir fié au avis. Overrated 4.7 étoiles c'est exagéré. J'ai fait un détour pour essayer ce restaurant & je regrette beaucoup. En plus de l'attente & du prix (60$ plus tard) le goût n'y ai pas dutout. Le griot est pas très goûteux, le poulet est juste bien grillé, mais sans saveur. Le pikliz est amer & manque quelque chose (mauvaise idée le chou rouge) & la sauce est vraiment fade. En plus, ce n'est même pas du riz collé, mais du riz djon djon, ils n'ont pas de riz blanc ni de sauce pois. Les plantins sont très écrasées, dure & trop cuites. Il gagne leur étoile avec tous ce qui n'est pas le griot. Très bon mac n cheese. Avec respect je vous remercie tout de même pour votre beau travail. Malgré la longue attente j'ai vu beaucoup de gens travailler fort
Une première & pas déçu le griot avec riz délicieux les ailes tendres la cuisse de poulet goûteuse & tendre ont va refaire sa c'est sur & les personne qui i travail ont tous un sourire belle complicité

C'était délicieux! Le Mac & Cheese, wow! La viande, parfaitement cuite! Portions généreuses! Tout le repas était bon. Nous ferons appel à eux l'an prochain pour notre prochain party de Noël (85 personnes).
Le meilleur restaurant haïtien. N'hésitez pas à commander le mac- cheese. La sauce est préparée avec du vrai fromage. Elle n'a pas le goût de la sauce au fromage industriel. & les portions sont incroyables.
J'ai pris le Mac griot gratiné & un plat griot avec riz après avoir entendu parler d'eux sur les réseaux sociaux. Ce n'est même pas comparable aux autres restaurants que j'ai essayé par le passé. C'était Succulent !! Tout est bien assaisonné, les portions sont généreuses & la viande est tendre. Il n'y a plus de retour en arrière possible pour moi. Dorénavant je n'accepterai rien de moins que les plats chez Duo de chef 🤤 Si j'habitais a côté je pourrais en manger tous les jours 🤣
