Sres. Las tres conchitas, en la fiesta de Perú el pasado 30 de julio compré cuatro (04) porciones de picarones. Me permito darles la receta, pues a sus picarones les faltó zapallo macre, camote, anis y otros de los siguientes ingredientes: Los picarones siempre me evocan lindos recuerdos de infancia. Eran mi premio favorito cuando me portaba bien y ahora me encanta engreír a todos en casa con esta deliciosa receta de antano. Ingredientes: Para la masa: - 1 kg. de zapallo macre - 750 g. de camote anaranjado - 10 g. de levadura seca - 650 g. de harina sin preparar - 60 g. de azúcar - 2 cdas. de anís en grano - 100 ml. de agua de zapallo - 200 ml. de agua de camote - 1 cdta. de sal Para la miel: - 250 g. de azúcar rubia - 250 g. de chancaca - 1 taza de jugo de naranja - 3 ramitas de canela - 1 membrillo - 1/2 litro de agua - 2 hojas de higo - cáscara de pina al gusto - 3 trozos de cáscara de naranja 🍳: Essen Perú
