Bonjour,

Je tiens à vous faire part de ma grande déception concernant ma commande de ce soir.
J'ai téléphoné à 16 h 40 pour une pizza en livraison. On m'a indiqué un délai maximal de 40 minutes. J'habite à environ trois minutes du restaurant, à quelques rues seulement.

Or, j'ai finalement reçu ma commande à 18 h, soit près d'une heure & demie plus tard. Entre-temps, j'ai dû rappeler, & on m'a même recontactée parce que mon adresse avait été mal notée. On m'a ensuite assuré que la commande s'en venait.

À la réception, j'ai constaté que la pizza n'était pas chaude. L'apparence sur le dessus était belle, mais en la réchauffant au micro-ondes, j'ai découvert que toute la pâte en dessous était brûlée, ce qui a complètement gâché le repas.

Je comprends qu'il puisse y avoir beaucoup d'achalandage & j'ai accepté les excuses pour le retard, mais recevoir une pizza froide & brûlée est vraiment décevant, surtout après une telle attente.

I tried this new halal burger place that's opened in my area & I'm thrilled to say that it's actually fantastic!

The burger was terrific, the pizza is delish, the wings & tenders taste on point... Everything is fresh & served with happiness, passion & craftsmanship. So pleased that these guys are here & I'm looking forward to many more visits in the future.

Vraiment une belle découverte Les burgers sont délicieux & préparés à la perfection. Les frites étaient croustillantes, le service impeccable, & l'ambiance très agréable. Je vais clairement revenir ! Jai adorè aussi le nouveau tatsy crousty vraiment bon merci la pause .

Honnêtement, très mauvaise expérience. J'avais commandé un test Routi & on m'avait promis que ça prendrait 15 minutes. Résultat : j'ai attendu 40 minutes.

En plus, le premier test qu'on m'a fait était le mauvais. On m'avait garanti qu'on allait me donner deux tests, mais au final on m'en a donné seulement un. & pour finir, on m'a dit que « c'est pas de leur faute » & que « normalement les gens attendent deux heures ».

Franchement, ce n'est pas professionnel. Quand tu promets quelque chose au client, tu le respectes. Très déçu du service.
