Nous sommes venus samedi midi, mon épouse, moi & une de nos filles. Premier point : le service. Les employés sont super polis & ... bilingue. C'est assez rare pour le signaler dans Montréal. Ça doit bien faire plus de 10 ans que je n'ai pas été accueilli sans un bonjour/hi. Bravo ! Second : la musique. Très exotique, par forte, pas lourde. Trois : l'ambiance. C'était un samedi vers midi, pas bruyant. Quatre : la qualité des ingrédients. Rien à dire. Cinq : La quantité. C'est gargantuesque. Quand tu vois que la majorité des restos depuis la fin de la pandémie, sont devenu des sortes de boite a hold-up avec des quantités amoindries, de la qualité moindre, un service proche d'un veau-de-ville & des tips « obligatoire » mirobolant, tu es heureux de constater qu'il y a encore de vrais restaurateurs.
