Food consistently good at la voute! Sushi was very fresh & service was excellent, Better than expected for a supper-club. Atmosphere was very nice, we also stayed for the Layali event which was great fun. Music was really amazing! Overall a great night at la voute!

Unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. My first impression coming into the space was wonderful. The bank is just beautiful. The food was all very good but the service was terrible & what was even more disappointing was the entertainment. Nothing like the videos online. I mean nothing!

Upon sitting we got menus which were dirty & looked very worn, the table was wobbly & had 2 broken glasses, considering the caliber I thought that was very sloppy. Ordered drinks, appetizers & I got the $230 6oz wagyu. It took about 30 min before we got our first entrees. There was a miss communication on which should come first so they brought out our $230 steak first while we were in the restroom. Yes a cool sparkler presentation for the other guests at the table. They bought us a round of drinks for the miscommunication. Oh we waited a while for two out of the 5 drinks because the bar was backed up at 10:30z Honestly didn't care that the steak came first but I think it's important to make sure the guest is seated before bringing out food. We asked for wasabi & a sauce for our sushi & waited over 20 min for it. Not great since you really need those to finish eating your meal. After food we ordered dessert, the Dubai chocolate & macaroons. We waited an easy 40 min for it. They totally forgot about it, the staff asked us if we were all set only to find out we hadn't received our dessert. They were so interested in moving our table it took away from the experience. The food was delicious, the steak was amazing, drinks were great & dessert was ok. Dubai chocolate was great the macarons came out of a box & were not great.
Ok entertainment during dinner was a joke. Nothing like cabaret or even close to the videos online.

We had a dinner reservation at 9pm with a sushi platter. Presentation was impressive. We were there on a Sunday in February, it was pretty empty at 9pm but by 11pm it was a club. The sushi was alright, they also gave us to go boxes to take home which was a nice touch. Service was good, fast, & attentive.
The music was good, it got somewhat crowded towards midnight. DJ took my song request which was nice. We were here for a bachelorette party.
The bathrooms are really really nice, & there is a typewriter in the women's washrooms which was unique. Unsure why there was a bathroom attendant in the women's washroom you were suppose to tip, that seemed unnecessary.
Coat check was upstairs by donation.
Lots of stairs down to the restaurant/club, it felt like in a basement.

It was great! Our server Florence was not only beautiful but she was very attentive to us.
From when the moment we arrived the hostess acknowledged the notes on my reservation & I love that, she welcomed us to Montreal & La Voute with excitement that we were visiting from Calgary.
The food was delicious, perfectly made sushi, the flavour & temperature of the rolls made it a delight.(I do not like ice cold sushi that's why I point out the temperature ) The salmon sashimi to die for ! I just wish the portions were bigger as it can be pricy.
We loved it when the party got started, all the members of the staff get involved in the party, it was contagious. Beautiful & talented dancers gave us amazing performances . One of the gentlemen that brought us water & cleared our table gave me his white napkin for me to join the party, I loved that gesture. At the end the manager said good bye to us & thanked us for our visit.
I think my conclusion is that the staff made our experience great. Even the serious security gentlemen offered kind smiles.
The decoration & atmosphere are truly different & mysterious. I loved the vintage building mixed with modern aspects. Whoever thought of this concept congratulations! What a hit!
Was with visitors from Winnipeg. The drinks were the best for not only for taste but uniqueness. We ordered sushi special, was probably best sushi we've tasted. Fresh & tasty & presentation. Was amazing with fire & dry ice effect. The entertainment was different, but unique. Loved the DJ. Music was good not too loud & was able to enjoy each other's company with good music. The Place was very clean. Servers were polite & attentive.Loved the Hennesy expresso Martini. Manager very present, which was appreciative. Defineately would go back. We were there for chinese new year celebration. Was a very fun evening.
Événement corporatif privé où nous n'avons pas reçu ce qui nous avait été vendu au départ! Nous avions demandé un repas assis, nous avons eu un cocktail dînatoire! Nous avions demandé moins de sushis & plus de variétés, les plateaux étaient 80% sushis! Beaucoup de staff sur le plancher mais pas de service efficace pour libérer la vaisselle sale! Staff qui sont sur leur téléphone au bar!! & personne de très souriant ou soucieux du bien être des invités!! Musique très forte, bon pour les danseurs, pas agréable pour ceux qui veulent jaser! Encore une fois c'était un événement privé! Le bon côté, l'endroit est très beau! & le groupe des invités que je représente, a donné l'ambiance que La Voute n'a pas su offrir! L'autre côté positif, les sushis étaient très bons & frais!

It was a perfect experience. Totally worth it. We had Tostadas, oysters, the sushi platter (WOW) & multiple drinks. Sabrina, our waitress, did an amazing job at taking care of us with all that food & those generous drinks! The little shows during dinner is an amazing concept! You get a 5 min show every 20 minutes or so. Time flew by, I 100% recommend if you dont mind dropping a couple hundreds on a dinner.
We went to la voute for my friends bachelor party & it was amazing, the service were beyond amazing in our vip booth, the steaks & sushi's were mind blowing & our hostess was very attentive. Just they need to work on their AC system, all of us guys were feeling really hot, thanks to the bathroom lad he gave us deodorant, cologne gum to refresh & the best bathroom service i ever had in my life (do tip this guy he deserves it)
had the chance to dine & party at La Voutte this past weekend. & this was one of the better supper clubs i have been to. The food was astounding. Coming & visiting from Los Angeles, i didnt expect the sushi to be as delicious as it was. The steaks we ordered were a little more of the over cooked side, but nothing worth complaining or sending back. The place turned into a great club at the end with great music & a fun vibe. Charlie & Nancy were the lovely ladies who were taking care of our table during dinner & the party. They went above & beyong making sure everyone at our table was happy & that we never ran out of drinks. If you ladies are reading this. Thank you

C'est le meilleur supper club à Montréal pour plusieurs raisons. Les plateaux de sushis sont de qualité, toujours très frais, variés & savoureux, tout comme les desserts qui y sont offerts également. L'animation est sans pareil, les danseurs talentueux & les acrobates de tout genre qui y performent offrent toujours un show qui ne vous laissera pas indifférent ! C'est un club classe que vous devez essayer si ce n'est pas déjà fait. ;)
A very unique, memorable night out. We started with a Japanese set course sushi menu (not super vegetarian friendly & half our party was vegetarian). Then the night slowly transformed into performances, magicians, dancers, & more. By 11:30 pm it became a full club & it was impressive to see the logistics of it all transform over the course of a few hours. Unique venue & worth a special occasion visit.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting what I can confidently say is the best nightclub ever in Montreal. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. First off, the sushi was absolutely delicious. Fresh, flavorful, & perfectly prepared, it truly added a unique touch to the typical nightclub fare. It's not every day you find a club that excels in both entertainment & cuisine! The service was excellent as well. The staff was attentive, friendly, & went out of their way to ensure we had a great time. Their professionalism & warm hospitality made the night even more enjoyable. This nightclub is definitely a must-visit when in Montreal. Whether you're a local or just visiting, make sure to add it to your list. You won't be disappointed!
Very fun & unique night out with excellent service, good food, & great vibe. The location is beautiful & the venue is stunning & feels elegant situated inside an old bank. There were shows taking place throughout the night which had the whole venue feeling involved. The food was very good & filling with unique sushi flavours. The presentation was amazing, & the service was immaculate with constant attention & care with friendly & positive workers. There were many theatrical elements involved at La Voute starting from the atmosphere & location which accompany the heavier price tag for a night out, but overall it is worth a visit for the experience! To note, they are very strict on dress code, & have free coat check inside.
My girlfriend & I came for the New Year's eve dinner & stayed after for the nightclub. Mila, the reservation coordinator, was so professional. Always responded promptly & was very helpful with all of our questions leading up to NYE. We sat at the bar on the right side of the club. Our bartender Andy was awesome. Took great care of us all night. We had the sushi dinner (fixed menu), which was delicious & a pleasant surprise. There are two reasons we rated the overall as a 4. The first is it got really crowded, but it was NYE; so that's to be somewhat expected, but to the point that it was difficult to move around. The second is the music later was more dance party then night club. The performances during the dinner were great & the dancers are acrobats. Very impressive acts.. There are some large columns that block your view depending on where you are seated. My suggestion would be to add some mirrors to help with that.
