I enjoyed dinner out with some friends at Restaurant La Verità this evening (in front of Marché de l'Ouest. Once we were seated they brought out piping hot focaccia, which was phenomenal, so well seasoned & lightly crispy. For my main I had lobster ravioli which was absolutely incredible. For dessert I had a delicious latté & a lemon crème brulée. The service was excellent as well, despite them being short staffed.

Ça faisait environ 5 ou 6 ans que nous n'étions pas retournés manger à La Verita; nous étions allés 3 fois environ en tout dans le passé; nous y sommes retournés hier soir, 7 octobre 2021 & nous avons trouvé que le petit côté wow n'y était plus; c'était bon mais avant c'était excellent; il y a une coche de moins maintenant.
Peut-être à cause d'un changement de chef par rapport à 2015 / 2016 ?
Par contre, le fait d'offrir des demies bouteilles de vin, c'est une excellente idée & le service est impeccable.

j'ai pris la salade de tomates, piments & coc. pour entrée 5* (aucune laitue) juste ces legumes & c'était Super Bon. Mon mari a pris la soupe & il a bien aimé. Escalope de veau & Jarret d'agneau excellent aussi! Merci!!
