We celebrated my parents' 50th anniversary here & it was amazing. Great food, great wine, & the space was perfect-but the service really stood out. The team was so thoughtful & attentive, taking care of every little detail. They made the night feel extra special. Highly recommend!

Outstanding experience. Nicholas, our waiter, was very attentive to our needs. Our first visit celebrating a birthday & everyone made us feel so welcome. Highly recommend.
Really impressed with the quality/selection of meals & top notch service at the La Verità Restaurant. Made a great dining experience for our family group of 4 adults. Can't praise enough the service staff, super attentive & helpful with suggestions/info about meals & desserts. Also excellent wine selection. Lovely place certainly worth a visit :)
I went with my son & his girlfriend & we loved the food. Had the octopus, crab cakes, sea bass & clam pasta. All were delicious. The service was also very good. The waitress was pleasant, attentive & knew her menu & specials very well. Will be going back!
Yesterday's dinner was exceptional! The atmosphere was warm & inviting, with a good sense of arrival. Our server (did not get his name) was incredibly attentive & knowledgeable, offering fantastic recommendations. The food was divine & the burrata appetizer was a highlight. My filet mignon was perfectly cooked, & the fresh ingredients truly shone through. Both my friend & I were very happy with our experience as the vibe was exceptional. Highly recommend for a special night out!
The service was excellent- attentive, friendly, prompt but not rushed.
The food was delicious. Crab cakes were exceptional. You could truly taste the crab & they were lightly battered. Their gnocchi were very good. My favourite is their liver with onion. The liver is tender & tasty. We have been their a few times & never disappointed.

Stunning & delightful dining experience. The staff is courteous & attentive (thank you Luca, Tomassi & Derrick), the atmosphere lends itself to a superlative dining experience, & the food is exquisite. Lots of extra/daily options on top of the standard menu, all of it delicious. You'll end up sharing, & will be hard pressed to decide whom amongst your group ordered the best dish.
It's our first night in Montreal & it's my birthday! 🥳 My daughter made reservations at La Verità.
They started us off with a plate of focaccia, olives & sundried tomatoes. This was our first meal of the day & it waa yummy, it opened up our appetite. 😋
We had three different staff looking after us. They suggested items not on the menu so to start, we selected the Burrata with pistachios, pomegranate & a honey balsamic drizzle with sourdough strips. This was a delicious starter, & very filling!😋
Our mains were the Lasagna & the Lobster Ravioli in a cream sauce. My daughter loved her Lobster Ravioli 🦞, my lasagna could feed two. Although it was meaty & cheesey, something about the pasta was lacking, a four out of five for me.
We ended our night with desserts, but before we ordered, the staff was nice enough to bring out a slice of Tirimasu with a lit candle. I'm not a big fan of Tirimasu, (but I truly appreciated the thought). We ordered the apple crisp with vanilla ice cream & the carrot cake with walnuts. These desserts were exceptional!😋😋
The staff were attentive & friendly, & a special shout out to Nolan, who was so kind & helpful, teaching us proper French translationings.🤭😜
It was a wonderful evening, & a fabulous start to our vacation. 🎉🍷

Our first visit & we were very impressed with the decor & ambiance. The wait staff were exceptional & attentive - Stef took extremely good care of us. The meals we chose arrived quickly, beautiful presentation & tasted delicious. Wine selection was also excellent & clearly many private importation items. A delightful experience - the only tiny negative is that by 7:30PM on Friday the general customer noise level, did make conversation a bit challenging.
Absolutely exceptional. The food is consistently flawless-fresh, authentic, & beautifully prepared. Derek & his staff are just as impressive: warm, attentive, & incredibly knowledgeable. They always make us feel welcome & appreciated. A truly top-tier Italian dining experience & a must whenever you find yourself in the West-Island.
There has clearly been a change in the kitchen &/or management. The food is now mediocre, & while the service is still acceptable, it lacks the attentiveness it once had.
This place is no longer what it used to be. We were regulars several years ago & even went so far as to book the entire restaurant for corporate events. Back then, the food was absolutely amazing & the service was spot-on. Coming from that perspective, our recent visit was a real disappointment.
Lunch with my cousin to celebrate his birthday. Great ambiance. We had crab cakes as appetizers & they were delicious. I had the sea bass & he had the braised beef both were very tasty. Can't wait to return. Service was attentive.

Absolutely phenomenal. Every dish we tried was impressively well done - from presentation to flavor, the kitchen clearly takes pride in their craft. The staff was on point the entire evening: warm, attentive, & effortlessly professional. It felt like they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. This place doesn't just serve food - it delivers a complete experience. They are the benchmark for what a true, classic, professional restaurant should be. Refined, consistent, & exceptional in every way. We left already planning our next visit.
Service was amazing, very attentive servers, food was amazing. The octopus was cooked to perfection & the Gnocchi was delicious. Recommend eating it with their warm fresh bread.
I recently hosted my wedding rehearsal dinner at La Verita, & I can't say enough about how special they made our experience! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. Every staff member was friendly & attentive, making us feel right at home. The food was absolutely delicious, & everyone raved about the dishes throughout the evening. What truly made the night unforgettable was the beautiful private tent they set up for us outside. With cozy heaters, twinkling lights, & lovely plants, it created an intimate atmosphere that allowed us to relax & enjoy ourselves on another level. I wholeheartedly recommend it here to anyone looking for a wonderful dining experience. They truly went above & beyond to make our celebration memorable!
Nice décor & great staff who are attentive to clients. Nice selection of wines. Generous portions. I had the soup of the day which was grilled vegetables made into a super delicious cream. I followed that with the mushroom rizzoto, also extremely delicious & fresh. My wife had the home made gnocchi, also amazing. Lots of free parking & easy to access for anyone with mobility challenges.
