Nous avons acheté des cartes cadeau des galeries Terrebonne, nous faisant assurer que TOUS les restaurants des galeries acceptaient la carte. Rendu au comptoir, les 2 jeunes me disent que ca ne fonctionne pas... sans même avoir essayer... J'ai été au bureau d'administration où on m a confirmé de nouveau que TOUS les resto acceptaient les cartes cadeau des galeries Terrebonne. SVP, les propriétaires de La Shop, assurez vous avec vos employés qu'ils soient formés adéquatement afin de corriger la situation ou changez d'employés. Le tout est arrivé aujourd'hui le 11 janvier 2026. Merci de prendre action.
