La Serenata, se trouve l'une des plus belles découvertes de fine cuisine italienne. Il y a maintenant neuf ans que Sergio Di Stefano et Angelo Colicchio ont ouvert ce restaurant. Combinant plus de 55 ans d'expérience, les deux chefs et propriétaires vous offrent au menu un véritable bouquet de saveurs provenant du centre d'Italie. Dans une ambiance chaude et élégante au décor boisé, venez découvrir l'une des tables les plus traditionnelles italiennes sur l'île de Montréal. Vous pourrez également admirer le magnifique cellier vitré visible de la table à manger, qui contient au-delà de 1500 bouteilles, ou vous réchauffer près du foyer central. La Serenata est ouvert six jours par semaine, il est toutefois recommandé de réserver les vendredis et samedis soirs. Le restaurant est fermé le dimanche, mais il peut être réservé pour les événements privés tels qu'anniversaires, baptêmes, mariages, confirmation, etc...

Ambiance TRÈS Bruillante & TRES Festive pas apprécier par moi mais semble avoir été apprécier par la majorité des convives.
Les carbonara étaient 3/5
La lasagne était un solide 4/5
Les dessert étaient solide 4/5
Espresso Vraiment corsé comme j'aime 5/5.
Le service était bien
L'ambiance était bien comme j'ai déjà mentionné mais pour moi cetais TOO MUCH.

I never leave reviews but felt compelled to leave one for la serenata.
- the risotto is absolutely perfect; it's creamy, flavourful, & the assortment of mushrooms compliments the dish perfectly
- I also recommend the lamb. It was perfectly cooked & paired with a delicious sauce
- the crème brûlée is proportioned very well
- the tiramisu is also incredible I highly recommend
- If you get Danny as a waiter you will be very well taken care of. He is observant & attentive, we never sat with an empty glass or missing utensil; Danny sees all!!! (Give Danny a raise)
- the bathrooms are wonderful. Clean & nice.

Padta & Fagioli soup was similar to a canned pea soup. Mussels overly salted & was unable to detect any other taste. Sorbet tasted like my overly frosted grocery store tub at home. Thankfully coffee & service was good.

I just returned from probably the best meal I have ever had. I had the special at $33 & for my husband's was $26. Mine was a veal dish with about 5 ingredients including vodka, mustard, cream... The accompanying vegetables were a deep, rich colour & had a nice crunch.The salad was delicious with a variety of fresh, Marino mix lettuces. The dessert with coffee was a very small crème brulée; honestly, the best I have ever had. All servings were on the small side so that at the end of the meal I didn't feel full; just perfectly satisfied. I am going to book a pre-Christmas meal with my club members.
