A small neighborhood restaurant with a warm atmosphere, located in the heart of the Plateau, La Selva is a nice Mexican restaurant and a great restaurant for a quiet evening with friends and/or family. The quality/price ratio is one of the best in town. Come and enjoy the generous portions of excellent shrimp, fish and meat accompanied by rice, salad and beans.

A perfect home away from home! Being Mexican & living in the UK it's a struggle to find such delicious & authentic Mexican food. This is just that! Fantastic food & wonderful service & ambience. We' can't wait to come back to Montreal just for the food here!

Great service. Shrimp tacos were good but expensive for what they were & breaded with the tail on which I really dislike. My friend was disappointed in the selection of mains which were all tacos & gringas. Paloma Roja was a nice cocktail. For a place called Selva I was expecting more plants.

C'était délicieux!! Le guacamole est super bon, nous avons pris en plat les tacos au poisson frit & les gringas au poulet, un délice :) Le service était très bien aussi, nous recommandons a 100%

Une fine cuisine mexicaine, un goût savoureux à chaque bouchée, des serveurs à l'écoute & bienveillants. Étant aller au Mexique, je ne peux qu'extrêmement recommander ce restaurant si authentique comme nulle part ailleurs ! Hâte d'y retourner !!

The food was amazing, there is no question. Even the service was mostly good right up until the end. When it came time to pay instead of passing the machine to us & allowing us to enter the tip manually she instead asked the table. Everyone had to declare there tip out loud. Please just allow people to tip in private.

Un repas excellent ! J'adore la cuisine mexicaine & les plats que j'ai mangé hier étaient juste parfait ! J'ai également testé le mojito au concombre & c'est une belle découverte. Merci également pour le service rapide & efficace.
