Whenever I'm in the Rawdon area, La Queen is a must-go place for me. It has a relaxed feel, great food & drinks, fair prices, & staff who always make me feel welcome.

One of the best parts is the friendly service. Everyone I've dealt with has been helpful, patient, & easy to talk to. My French is limited, but the staff are always willing to help & make sure I understand everything. I've never felt rushed or uncomfortable, & that makes a big difference.

The menu has a good range of choices, including burgers, tacos, poutine, fish & chips, tartares, salmon, cod, & other dishes. There's enough variety for different tastes without the menu feeling too complicated. I also find the prices very reasonable for the quality & amount of food you get.

The bar has lots of choices too, including cocktails, sangria, beer, cider, & wine. The prices are fair, & there's something for almost everyone.

I also like having the choice of indoor or outdoor seating. The terrace is a great spot when the weather is nice, while the indoor area is comfortable & casual.

Overall, La Queen is a place I keep coming back to whenever I'm in Rawdon. For me, it's a must-go spot because of the good food, reasonable prices, relaxed atmosphere, & genuinely friendly staff.

We have never felt such as careless & unprofessional service!

We arrived for lunch with kids & waited about 10-15 min to have the menu, meanwhile the'waiter' was speaking to other customers next to us for that long! I personally showed discomfort with the situation that I decided to go for the menu myself. As soon other people arrived to the place, menu were given less than 2 minutes, we really noticed something was going on! After my reaction, he appeared to our table 5 min later with no apology. He took our order & we waited about 45 min meanwhile later other customers were served first for same type of order; burgers! We started looking each other & to the other tables when the'waitress' came back to say that he did a mistake & was asking us again for the order! There were only 5 tables! It was not busy to understand why this situation.

Of course after 1 hr waiting with not food & also with a wrong order on hand, you won't stay! There is not apology or compensation that remedy such as poor service!

Surprise! The'waiter' resulted to be the OWNER! … Unbelievable!

We ordered the Duck Burger & the Beef Burger. Both excellent dishes. Although the duck burger could use a sturdier heel as the sandwich fell apart way to easy. Thr beef was local & fantastique!! Definitely will come again. & a big thanks to our server Michelle who was outstanding!!

En visite à Rawdon , nous avons découvert le Queen & j'ai choisi le burger Lanaudière/boeuf
Woaw viande tendre & juteuse , pas sec & plein de nerf comme ont mange à Montréal . Le
Burger au poulet est aussi excellent & les prix sont raisonnable . Accueil & service souriant même si la serveuse est seule & bien occupé pour ce Mardi très ensoleillé . Le Queen ont vois dit , à la prochaine & merci

Bien que j'adore ce restaurent pour leurs dinner/souper j'ai été déçu du déjeuner.
J'ai commandé une poutine déjeuner qui inclut des poivrons des champignons & un autre légume que je me souviens plus mais. Dans l'assiette j'avais rien. Même pas un oeuf sur le dessus des patates comme toutes bonnes poutines déjeuner.
Le goût de la sauce hollandaise était fade & sans profondeur. Un gros manque de goût leurs sauce. Même le café goûtait l'eau plus que autre chose !
Bref le déjeuner grosse déception total !

J'ai donné 3 étoiles car les burgers sont vraiment bon par contre & le service aux tables également!

Déçu du plat que j'ai recu. Peu être une exception.

Le burger & la portion de frites etaient petits. Le pain était tout aplati & limite grillé. Dommage.

Beau resto bar. Bonne ambiance. Entrée de fromage en grain dans la pâte phillo très bien. Malheureusement pas de bières locales & Burger signature beaucoup trop cuit

Nourriture excellente (joues de porc confites & burger de boeuf). Portions généreuses.
