Since it was a cold evening with plenty of snow, we decided to try somewhere local within walking distance. So, it was a chance to try La Pidz. From the outside the restaurant looks atmospheric & welcoming. It certainly has art deco feel. Once inside we were quickly seated. We ordered cocktails, antipasto, & a couple of pizzas, all of which arrived promptly. The burrito was really good, as were the two pizzas, the Aloha & the truffle pizza.
Excellente ambiance, & très bonne nourriture! Je recommande de loin la pizza à la tuffle. Javier est un serveur très sympathique! A essayer absolument!
What an amazing discovery! We drove past the sun-drenched patio & decided to stop. Drinks were delicious & creative, as were the beet salad & the vegetarian & truffle pizzas. Our server was welcoming, bubbly, & fun. The decor is polished. It's a total win. Can't wait to go back!
Excellent service, Phil est vraiment bon: sympathique, là au bon moment, drôle, sans trop en faire. Belle petite terrasse calme. Resto en retrait de l'action de Wellington, qui va gagner à être connu. Bonne pizza, entrées intéressantes. On va y retourner, c'est certain.
Nous sommes nouveaux dans le quartier & avons essayés plusieurs restos, mais celui-ci est notre préféré. L'accueil d'Alex & des cuisiniers, la bouffe excellente, joli resto. Il a tout pour marcher, sauf qu'il n'est pas sur Wellington, mais ça vaut le détour.
Such a great place for a date night! My hubby decided to try this place tonight for the first time & were not disappointed!! Such a cozy atmosphere, lovely interior, & the food!!! We tried the truffle pizza & it was delicious. The server was attentive & friendly. She suggested some drinks & they were all lovely. We finished the night by ordering a cannoli & left so full & happy. Would recommend!!!
