J'ai été agréablement surpris de ma visite à ce resto. Je suis un habitué des restos Vietnamiens & c'est souvent assez pareil d'un resto à l'autre. J'ai commandé un Combo C (Boeuf & Poulet Grillés) mais cette fois j'ai trouvé que tout était vraiment délicieux, une coche supérieur aux autres. Même le dessert, l'ananas frit, d'ordinaire chez les autres, il y a une boule de crème glacée par défaut, mais à la Perle, pas de crème glacé, juste deux beignet dans le sirop. & bien malgré ça, c'est le meilleur beignet à l'ananas que j'ai gouté dans ce type de resto. Le service était courtois & rapide. Rien à redire.
